Defective/ used. Arrived today and I was excited to try it out. Incredibly stiff but manageable. Downside is the face that the waterproof part, the buckle, is unuseable because the clips are both female! Additionally, lock is locked. It should be set to 000 and able to be opened but it won't and therefore also unuseable. PLease inspect items before shipping out.
