Love everything about these shoes. If you are in between sizes, I would size up as they feel a little smaller than my other Nike’s. The shoes are great for working out (I use them for kickboxing) and then wearing post workout around town.

I'm a true 7 and my toe was touching the very tip of the shoe. I'm going to return for 7.5, hopefully that will work.
I haven't had the opportunity to use them so I can't really speak about "overall" and "comfort".
