This is the second Northface we have bought for our son. We got the much smaller kids one that lasted 2 years of school and is still fine but he's getting more homework so we upgraded to this small woman's Compared to the junk backpacks selling towards kids school bags this thing is in a diifent universe. It is battle ready for a 7 year old boy to ride his bike to school and beat it up and we know it will be just fine. Every detail on this is bag is very well engineered. I know it costs more but I also know I won't need to buy again for years. Looking at this bag compared to the other kids at school theirs are all big floppy loose fitting etc This bag is right sized and stays snug on him for running around and bike riding.

I plan to use for school . Seems padded enough to hold up the school year. Overall , very excited to see how the backpack will hold up .

I bought this as a bookbag for school. Holds my 2 binders and 2 books. I could probably fit another thin book in it. There's not a lot of pockets but it still works out fine.

I like this backpack a lot. The quality is great, and it really does fit a lot of stuff. I use it for college and keep my laptop, notebooks, folders, and other things in it. One of my main complaints is that the front, smaller, "pencil case" pocket stops half-way down the backpack, which makes the main compartment pocket's space hard to access, since there is way more room at the bottom of the backpack than at the top in that main compartment. This can kind of make it difficult to get things in/out of that bottom space in the main compartment that sits underneath of the pencil case compartment's space. I also wish the drink compartments on the outside of the backpack were larger, since they don't fit my 32 oz. water bottle. Other than that though, I love this backpack and think it will last me a long time.

North Face typically make quality products so I was expecting nothing less. Really great product with 1 fantastic feature. It comes with a whistle attached to the straps. A great feature when the backpack is for your daughter!

I love this bag!!! I hate backpacks that are bulky and look big on my back but this one looks great and yet has plenty of room for all my binders and notebooks for school! The smaller pocket on the front is great for pens markers and keys, and more. Overall a great backpack and it's very stylish!!!

I use this for my Nursing classes. I have a ton of books and a laptop. Its very roomy and I love the design.
