I will be using this book bag as an incoming freshman in college! I also wanted a color to match my school, UNC Chapel Hill and found a perfect one! My freshman year of high school I bought a northface book bag that lasted me my four years! I definitely had to buy another one with more space for textbooks and all!

I use it for college and I love it. Fits a lot but somehow not to heavy on the back

I bought this backpack to use for school and it is great. It fits all my stuff and i love the two water bottle holders.

This backpack was purchased for my daughter who is in high school. She loves it. She likes all the zippered pockets for stashing her phone, wallet and other personal gear. She also likes that the straps fit her shoulders better than some other brands that are more unisex. The simple color combo was the reason she picked it, but all the pockets including one for her lap top are going to mean this one will be used for a long time to come.

I love this backpack for school. It is the perfect size without being bulky or obnoxious. I also have the Recon backpack (which I love) but that was just a little too big for my liking. I would definitely recommend this for any student.

We get one every year for our kids for school and softball.

My middle school daughter uses it for school. Perfect to keep her MacBook and all her school supplies plus she can carry her water bottle securely on the side.

This was for my daughter's first year of High School, she has a Chrome book to carry and other supplies...this back pack has plenty of room for all of that! Most importantly she LOVES it!!! :)

This backpack is great! It is very spacious and perfect for holding school books and heavyweight items.

I am using this backpack for school and it is perfect! It has enough room in the main compartment for everything I would need and a laptop sleeve! There are not too many pockets where I could lose things easily, so there is just the right amount of space. Plus I love that it has two water bottle pockets.

My daughter uses this for high school, while carrying everything from class to class (no locker use). So far she's loving it!!!!

I can fit my full sport clothing / equipment inside (boxing gloves + sneakers, which is not always easy. Very convenient fro hiking and easy access to your things as well!

This is a great backpack for middle school!

This was a gift to my daughter. She wanted this backpack so badly knowing that her mom (that's me!) buys northface continuously because it never fails me! Always keeps me warm, always durable, always roomy, always comfortable... no matter what the product is. I didn't mind spending the cost of the time because it will outlast her school years...that's getting good use!

Daughter uses the bag for school, great for her books, laptop, and also carries extra clothes for basketball practice . She loves this bag

This backpack is for my daughter's 8th grade year. She did her research before purchasing this and likes the look, feel, color and room. The only thing she would add is another small pocket or two.

The backpack doesn't have a ton of space - the front pocket doesn't go all the way down. For me, it's perfect because I'm in high school and I don't like to bring too many things. I also use it for short trips and it works great. It is super light when it's not overly packed which is much better than the other heavy backpacks I would use. Would recommend to college or high school student that doesn't bring much to school. BUT! I have this in two colors - black/origin blue which I love and vintage white/ rose gold (I believe it is called that) and it got super dirty from just one year of school. So would recommend the darker colors if staining bothers you!

The backpack is great. I am so glad it fits on my back and hangs in the place I wanted it to and not too long.

This backpack is exactly what I was looking for it has the perfect design and is lightweight so when I'm walking around campus my back isn't aching from all the book in my bag. Absolutely love it and would love to get another color!
