These shoes were perfect! We traveled through Italy and did LOTS of walking. They were comfortable from early morning through evening on cobblestone streets, walking uphill & even squatting down! I packed a black pair & a navy pair. My only regret is not getting the tan pair! I still receive compliments from women & men!

Straight out of the box, they were comfortable all day over pantyhose . . . Didn't want to take them off! Skechers is knocking it out of the park these past couple of years, for cute styles in size 12, but they seldom last in the larger sizes, so you have to be quick! Technically, I am size 11 the last time I was measured, and the Merrell size 11 pumps from 2016 fit like a glove. It says, 42.5, on the inside. Nowadays, European 42 is marketed as size 12. I go for roomy, and order size 12. Some of my size 12 finds I will link to, below. Though this shoe is of man made materials, and vegan, the upper feels like soft suede, and the straps, though holding the foot in place, have a little give. There is no toe spillover, you can see from the photo. Wearing Skechers out and about gives a workout, because the shoes correct your spine. They make you pay attention to form and stand straighter! Even these gladiator-style, one of my dressiest shoes, period. They dress up this simple cotton-blend gray column dress, hiked up a little to display the shoe. On top I am wearing a Target hat.

I already reviewed these shoes favorably in April but am back to advise against purchasing them at this time. (Since I cannot edit.) After just the first couple of wears, they started to stink and make my feet stink. I had to wash my feet after removing these shoes. I stopped wearing them immediately, bc the last thing I want is to emit odor or feel like I suddenly have hygiene issues. Certainly not worth it. Please do not waste your money.

Very comfortable shoes and they look great. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet were able to walk in them. I didn't wear them long though, only about 30 minutes so I don't know how they will do during all day wear. They are one size bigger. I normally wear a size 8 and I ordered a 7 and the size 7 fit me.

I liked the look of these wedges in the tan and love sketchers so I ordered. I did find that this shoe fit a 1/2 size larger and found that information in a review. I usually wear sketchers in a 9 but ordered an 8 1/2. I have a slightly wider foot and the width was perfect. The shoe is extremely comfortable with only a slight slant to the foot. I really like the elastic on the top rows. These shoes are like wearing tennis but the look is amazing. I loved so much I now have the navy & black too.

I followed previous reviewers’ suggestions and purchased a half size smaller (7.5) than my typical shoe size (8) - they fit perfectly. Thank you everyone for leaving reviews! Looking forward to warmer weather so that I can wear these sandals!

I really loved this shoe! Super comfy, super cute! Ultimately I felt like they were a little too young and urban for my almost 40 self living in rural Vermont.

I loved how they looked and the padding in the foot bed felt great - only problem was the elastic straps were noticeably wide so they didn't hug my more-on-the-narrow-side feet. Drat. Back they go!
