The abundance of straps enhances the visual of the foot. If you have pretty feet, great. If you have swollen feet and crooked toes, it is not a good look.

The strap at the back was a little too tight. Otherwise it's a nice shoe.

OUCH!! I started giggling the minute I put these on. Although they felt great (and are so cute!) through the straps (not too tight and I have a very high instep) when I started walking there was an inexplicable sharp pain on the side of my heel. I checked the back strap- no obvious rough edges- all smooth. But still, it hurt like hell so much it was laughable! I think it's because the straps on top are so stretchy but the back strap is rigid and all pressure goes there? I dunno, but wow, returning immediately! I will put up a lot with a shoe (use inserts, apply moleskin), but this pain was unfixable.

The top of the shoe is like an elastic knotted mesh which looks interesting and is comfortable because hey, it's elastic. But even with a wide shoe, the elastic mesh dug into my foot and made it look like a sausage casing, but was still so stretchy that when I walked, my foot slid to the front of the shoe.

Knots were not spaced the same way on both shoes. The left looked just like the pictures. The right, however, had wonky shaped spaces between the knots. It did not even look like the shoes were a pair. Poor quality control. They were not quite as sturdy feeling as I had hoped they would be. These shoes are for dress up and walking in the mall, not for playing outside.

I have very long (size 11 in sandals, 12 in closed shoes.) and narrow (slim or AA) feet. I ordered this shoe in 3 different colors. I had to return them because each pair had one shoe that fit perfectly and one that was loose. On two pairs, it was the left shoe that was loose, but on the 3rd, it was the right, so it was not because of my feet being different widths, but because they were tied with different lengths or tensions of elastic cord. The shoe that fit perfectly was very comfortable and looked great. The loose shoe would not have stayed on my foot. Cute shoes, but inconsistently made.

I thought these would look much more flattering on, but they don't. They make my foot look wide, but it's not. The back strap rubs my heel, it can not be adjusted. The knotted straps droop on the inside of my foot, just a little, but my foot doesn't feel secure when walking. The foot bed is nice and cushy, but the arch support didn't hit me in the right place. These were not comfortable on me.

Shoe was cute, fit felt true to size, arch support was moderate as advertised. I would have loved to keep them, but......when I put them on, I pulled on one of the strings to adjust it a little, and it stretched out and did not snap back! -So the string just kind of hung there, all stretched out, and ruining the look of the shoe. I'm sad, but am going to return them.

I was hoping these would be the shoes I have been looking for , but really they killed my feet. The bed of the shoe felt to small. Because of the extremely tight elastic on topthe shoe fit very tight and felt extremely narrow. I had to return these.

The shoes have been worn.

The elastic is not evenly proportioned. On one shoe the elastic bulges way out from my foot when it is completely at rest.

I tried these sandals on at a physical store and then bought them here. For the first time in all the years I have been buying items from Zappos, I was very unhappy with the condition of the product that arrived. These sandals had very obviously been previously worn, with the straps stretched out and twisted in various places! Not at all the same condition as the new sandals I tried at the store! Very disappointing! several places on one sandal and in other places on the mate. Since I had already seen and tried on these at the store, I was very aware that the straps on the sandals I got mailed were pulled and stretched out in various spots, not at all like the ones I tried on at the store. For that reason, this pair is being returned. I have narrow feet and having the straps stretched out and twisted made them unwearable for me. Such a disappointing experience to get damaged/used goods from Zappos at regular price!

This shoe was too wide for my narrow foot and there was no way to adjust it. If it had a strap that could be adjusted, it may have worked for me. Had to return.
