We don't know if they are comfortable... I returned the shoes do to the wrong size, and went through the exchange process. However, they refunded the money, didn't send a different size, and are unresponsive.

I bought these shoes online on Facebook, they were too small so I tried to send them back, but he dude said that I didn't buy them from them after much research they found out I did buy them through them. I sent the shoes back then instead of giving me the right size, they just gave me a refund without even discussing it with me. Customer service was not good at all.

It literally just sucks

My pair ripped , the sole came off fabric in a week

Gives you blisters, not very comfortable for long usage. Stains fairly easy but cleaning them isn't terrible. Glue (or something) protrudes from the sole seams of the shoes. Demonstrates low quality and low attention to detail.

Terrible customer service. I literally emailed them 4-5 times and no response. The shoes never arrived, customer service never responded and they are still marketing to me. Ridiculous! Never buy from them!

At least two sizes too small! Or maybe the shoes I received were mismarked on the sizing...? Gave these as a Father's Day gift but the 30 day return window had closed. Hubby couldnt even get his foot into the shoe. Have tried contacting customer service TWICE with ZERO response. The very least they could do is to answer my emails. So frustrating. Probably won't purchase from Hey Dude again due to their lack of customer service, which is sad because their products look to be of good quality.

I've rated these shoes one star because I never received them. I ordered them with a second pair (two pairs were ordered), but I received two pairs of the same model - Wally Linen Iron - and I am having an extremely difficult time exchanging them for the ones that I ordered. I've attempted to resolve this via email numerous times, but I get the same scripted response, which is not applicable in my case. It seems that there is no phone number to contact customer service, so I am stuck with two pairs of the same shoe!

I was sent a men's size 9 I ordered a women's size 9. I was not refunded my shipping as I was told shipping is not refundable when you return shoes. That might be the policy but in this circumstance the shipping error was 100% the fault of hey dude shoes yet they still refused to refund my shipping I will not buy another pair.

When I ordered these the ad did Not say they were men's shoes and since they were on sale the return site will not let me return them. If I had known they were men's shoes I could have ordered a comparable size for women but it seems I'm stuck with shoes no one in my family can wear!

Tried to change order immediately after placing it and was told I could not, and that I would have to send it back when it shipped to me because they couldn't stop the shipment after ordering it two minutes ago.

Terrible experience Wouldn't let me use my 20% off for signing up for texts. Wrote to customer support several times . No help ! Had to send back because my husband didn't like . Lost my shipping cost ! All around poor customer service & terrible experience , TRUTH !!!!!

Ordered these for my son's birthday. They sent me two left shoes. After arguing with customer service for over a week they agreed to let me pick a different pair. Told me they didn't have anymore of the original style I chose! Customer service sucks! Buy from retail stores.
