I love these shoes. Took me twice to get the size right due to Euro sizes but once I got it right they were immediately comfortable. Classic style. Also very Impressed with Zappos customer service. Speedy shipping, Easy return and prompt credit.

Just the perfect shoe! Lightweight, classy, comfy. It's going to be my every day shoe.. and by that I mean, i think I will probably be wearing it every day! Perfect for traveling as they are also super light!

A really beautiful well-made simple shoe but it has a very thin sole and so much flexibility that it wouldn't work well for walking on city streets (as a previous reviewer noted) or at the office all day. (It's very similar in looks to the Clarks unhaven strap but has less support.) I'd be tempted to get this in a half-size larger for an "in-house" shoe since I have fallen arches and need to wear something on my feet almost all the time. But for the moment need to spend my $ on supportive shoes I can wear outside. I am a pretty true size 7 but I would definitely need to get a size 38 instead of a 37 in this shoe. Sorry to send these back but off they go.

I have trouble finding warm weather shoes that work with my custom orthotics because my foot often slips out over low(ish)-cut shoes. The elastic strap on these allows them to work great with orthotics. I bought them in black and liked them so well that I bought them in blue. The blue pair seemed a half size smaller than the black ones, but I was able to get them to stretch out so they now fit well. I wore them today for a long day on my feet and found them to be very comfortable. They have a nice, clean, simple look (unlike the clunkier shoes I often wear to accommodate my orthotics. I didn't know they were vegan shoes until I read the tags that came with the shoes. That's a nice plus.

So glad I ordered these. The leather looks nice and they were comfortable right away. I'm a big fan of El Naturalista shoes, clogs and boots!

Excellent shoe, excellent style, excellent comfort. Elastic at base of strap made them too tight on my instep but for you they might be just the thing.

the strap of the shoe was not adjustable with velcro; I was concerned the strap would stretch and, and I would not be able to adjust for a comfortable fit and safe fit

This is a very cute shoe, and the elastic on the band make it possible to slip in and out easily. However, it runs small, so I had to return it. Also, the bottom is very thin, so it would not be good for standing or walking for a long time.

They fit tighter and less cushioned than I expected. They are cute and do not rub my foot in uncomfortable places so I am keeping them, but maybe size up a half size.

I'm a true size 9 with a flat and fairly wide foot and a moderately high instep. Upon trying them on, I thought I was going to send them back because they were a bit too snug on the top of the toe box. I decided to keep them and have them stretched by my shoe repair person. They're a cute shoe and I think they'll be fairly versatile while traveling abroad.

I loved this shoe. It was soft leather, light feeling, cute style, very comfortable. Exactly what I wanted. However, one shoe was 1/2 size larger in the whole toe area, the strap was longer and cannot be made smaller so I couldn't even try to adapt. It was definitely wider. Sadly I had to return them. Wondering if I order another pair in the same size if the shoes would match.

Because the strap is fixed with no buckle, it's too tight over the arch of the foot. The shoe feels a bit flimsy too and not suitable for the extensive walking I will be doing in Ireland.
