I love El Naturalista, but am so frustrated with not being able to find the correct size. Mine seems to be somewhere between 40 and 41...

Overall a great shoe. They can be dressed up or down. The outer layer is the typically nice, soft el naturalista leather. I wear a true 8 in most shoes and I ordered the 39 which was described as an 8-8.5. I would recommend going for the half size up. My only complaint is that the foot bed flat as a board. I will likely buy a new insole for these.

Exactly what I was looking for: A comfy black flat for travel. Fit great on my slightly wide size 7.5 feet. I've had trouble with El Naturalista sizing before, but the 38 was perfect for me.

I wear a size 8, and I thought the 39 would fit, and it should have, but it didn't. I wish Zappos had a size 40 in the blue color. I would try it. Unfortunately, these will have to go back. This shoe fits narrower than most, but my foot is narrow, so I like that. The toe box is angled, so my long toes are slightly squished on the outside making the fit uncomfortable. The insole is nice, but it provide little arch support. I do like that it is removable so that I can add my own insoles. I have the blue color on my watch list.

These are comfortable shoes and I love them! They look great with jeans, and capris. I wore these several hours right out of the box and I feel that they are true to size.

They fit funny on my feet. I have high arches and the top of the shoe felt like it was digging into the top of my foot at the base of my big toe especially.

These shoes are so comfortable and I love them. The sole makes for a carefree day of walking.

Quality shoe not as cushy as I’d like but ok. If you have a high instep the strap might be too snug.

Simple but cute shoe. Casual but perfect for work.

These fit extremely small, I'm normally a 7.5 to 8 and needed the size 40 which I think was a US 9. I've never had to go that large before. They also had very little support but I really liked the look and brown color. It's so hard to find shoes that work with orthotics but I was able to add my own to make them more comfortable.

I wish they offered a 9 1/2 as they are a bit tight. I'm keeping them as I'm hopeful the leather will stretch a bit to accommodate my in-between size 9 & 9 1/2 feet. I love the style!

Fantastically soft and comfortable. I normally wear a 7.5 wide in a shoe like this, but the 38 was perfect. The slightly pointy toe is really cute. I'll be wearing them all the time.

Took two tries to get the right size, but comfortable right out of the box!

I am a 7.5-8, ordered size 38 and had to exchange for a 39, which fit perfectly. I think it might have had to do with the back (sewn-in) elastic pushing my foot a bit forward, hence larger size. They were digging in a bit at the area above the big toe and needed initial breaking in, but after about 2 weeks of wear started to feel/fit like a glove. I got them in black and really love the way they look on my feet — simple and go with everything.

Hmmm.. I ordered my normal size and was disappointed to find them too small. Unsure if I will reorder. Not really wow for me.

I wanted to love these (big fan of the brand) but the angle of the toe box was very awkward for my feet. I have two other pairs of El Naturalistas that fit perfectly, so I'm not sure what happened with the shape/style of this flat, but it just didn't work for me.

I thought these might have finally been the ballet flats I could travel with. Sadly, they don't work for me. They fit, but the outside edge in the front was hard and rubbing my little toes. I could have had them stretched, but there is zero arch support, so they wouldn't do for me for walking at all.

I bought two pair of El Naturalista in the same size but different styles. One fit perfectly, but this style feels much smaller. Very uncomfortable.

I wanted these to work SO bad. But they hurt in every possible way. My toes were hitting the front and the scrunched heel was digging in to my ankle. Not comfortable at all. My search for a black flat continues...

Extremely uncomfortable, to the point where walking is difficult b/c my toes slam into the front of the shoe while the back rubs against my heel. And not very cute. Have a different style of this brand w/ a heel and like those shoes.
