At first, these shoes seemed fine. But, after wearing them for about two hours, I developed a blister from the rubbing of a seam near the instep. I do not recommend these shoes and am sorry I bought them.

The left shoe is defective! It hurts the upper portion of my toes as there is a piece of metal or some sort of material piercing my toes. The right shoe is perfect. You sold defective shoes and I will not be shopping from Zappos again. These shoes were on sale for $36 so I didn't bother to return them as it would be a waste of my time.

Fit and size were fine, but quality was poor. Buckle felt like would tear in a few wearings. Outside looked cheap.

Why are there no returns? I have shopped Zappos for years, and there has ALWAYS been a return. I feel like this is dishonest advertising.

I'm not sure why these were such a miss with me, as other reviews seem quite positive. I don't have any issues at all with my feet...no bad arches, bunions, trouble with higher heels, etc. I bought these more practical shoes for a conference knowing that I'd be on my feet all day. In short, I was in pain all day. The fit was fine, very true to size...but my feet and legs hurt all day and into the next. Sadly I cannot return these worn shoes, but they will be heading to resale.

This navy Rozz is my second pair. I already gave my black pair a most glowing review. I do not have many navy outfits, but it is hard to buy proper fitting but stylish shoes for me. I will shop for more navy apparels to wear with this shoe. I am putting the horse before the cart, but Rozz is worth it.

I had to send the 7 back, and go up to a 7.5, and they are still snug. I haven't had time to try wearing them. They definitely do not fit as well as the Russell, Sharples, Blk A1467S1001. I loved those, but I can't find them anywhere. So sad! I thought since these were LifeStride, they would fit the same, but not so. I wore the others for years, and they were so comfortable, but they were worn out, and the button on the strap finally came off. Otherwise, I would not have ordered these.
