These boots look cool, but the upper is way too stiff, I'm guessing due to the flag and material, after a couple of months, they still haven't softened like most work boots do which causes blisters on my heels. Also the fit is weird, almost feels like a half size or so smaller on the right, which is something I usually expect on the left.

I've owned several Ariat boots and have always been completely satisfied with comfort and durability. I bought a pair of these about 4 months ago and my feet feel like they are about to fall off. I'm getting blisters on the bottoms (of all places) of my tows, my heals hurt......this is never an issue for me. I don't understand, Ariat generally makes a pretty decent boot. Currently exploring other options.

I bought the steel toe desert camo boots a year and a half ago. However after just a year of use holes started forming in the front of both boots just under the flag. The upper part of the boot material isn't as strong as the rest of the boot.

These boots are literally amazing. Amazing that they continue to provide blisters on a daily basis after 4 long months of wear. This is quite a feat that can only be achieved with supreme engineering prowess. Most boots break in after a week or two. Not these. The heel is just as hard and immobile today as the day they were purchased. The lack of Vibram souls and quickly crushed super thin insoles helps cement that fact that the boots feel like you're wearing cement while walking on cement. It's a perfect combination. I have friends who love these boots, but I don't see how. For the price one would think you were buying a quality boot.
