Size I tried 2 times and the size still didn't change so I gave up. I got tired of returning them.

Two pairs were too big, returned to company, been over a month and still waiting for refund!

Returned shoes and never received my credit. $41.86

I never received my order. I sent several emails and refund request and got a reply back as to the status of refund. It would've been nice to know what was happening with my order if I was going to receive the order or refund. I have a friend with the same issue as I did she was able to give me a telephone number, but even using the number all I got was an answering service that was full and not take any new messages. A company is big is this should be reply to the customers better to inform them on the status of the orders.

Their shipping is horrible

I bought these shoes for my son for Easter. He has worn them a little over a month and they are falling apart. The shoes are worn to and from school and not used for any physical activities such as gym or sports. The stitching is coming loose and the keeper on one shoe has come off. I attempted to contact customer service with no response. Horrible shoe and customer service. Would not recommend for the price.

Seemed like good quality and was very excited about the purchase, just too small. Ended up returning and exchanging the first pair, for a larger size. Those too were too small and needed to be returned.

The shoes did not fit. Returned them and ordered one size larger. Order was canceled as you have no stock inventory.

Horrible customer service. I had to chat 4 times for almost 3 hours and finally just cancelled my entire order.

Shoes is great quality just ran a little bigger then I thought the other pair i ordered fit perfect!

Purchased a pair of shoes as a Holiday present but mistakenly, ordered the wrong size. When I tried to exchange online, the only response I continually received was that the shoes were 'unreturnable' When I tried calling to talk with someone 'live' it was a number to nowhere with no one manning the phones. I finally resold via our Buy Sell Trade site and even though my son wanted to reorder the right size, I won't do business with this company again.

I never received my order. I contacted HeyDudes December 23rd and still have received no response. I cant believe such a known company now, has such horrible customer service. I paid an extra 15 dollars for 3 day shipping and it is almost a month later and I have no shoes, no response from hey dudes and I'm out of almost 70 dollars. Still waiting on a response I want a refund!!!!

I never received them. Paid for them never got. Sent Multiples emails with not a response back. Filed a claim with the better business bureau. Horrible service!!!

I ordered 2 pair of Wally's in different colors. Shoes were shipped separately without any knowledge of it. Neither package had a packing slip. I received the wrong color shoes. Attempted to contact company 3 separate times with the same response. Sorry we are busy. Nothing has been done to correct their mistake. Literally stuck with the wrong shoes. I will never purchase shoes from this company again.

I would love to give 5 stars for heydudes but I can't. I ordered these on Oct 21 and they shipped DHL and still haven't arrived and it's Nov 13. I don't know if they will ever arrive. Will never order from the website ever again.

I wear a size 9 (Euro 42) for every shoe brand I've ever worn. These shoes run 1 size large. I ended up giving them to a friend who is a size 10. My wife bought a pair size 8 (Euro 40) and they were just barely small on me. I bought the shoes on sale so I could not exchange them for a smaller size. Be very careful ordering because the sizing is off.
