I ordered a size larger than I normally wear since I ordered them online. I wanted to make sure they werent too small. Unfortunately, I received them and they were too small. My toes went to the end of a size 14!! I wanted to send them back, but your selection of size 15s are weak and the ones you do have are not in stock. Im disappointed overall.

Sizes does not fit trying to return

Loved my first pair of Hey Dudes (Wally Sox size 11), so bought 2nd and 3rd pair in Dec. This 2nd pair fits well (Wally Sox), same size as my 1st pair which is size 11. But the 3rd pair I bought Im unhappy with (Wally Woven, Carbone size 11). I swear its a size 10. Can barely wear them (no tie room). Can I get a size 12 sent to me? Size 11 should fit me fine but this doesnt. Disappointing.

The shoe its self is good the service they provide is very unprofessional

I ordered my son these shoes in a size 12 for Christmas. I had covid so was later ordering. Super excited when they actually came before Christmas. Went to wrap them Christmas Eve only to realize they were tiny. They came in an clear/whitish bag so upon further inspection they were actually a blue/gray color and a size 8 which wont fit a single person in my house. Needless to say he didnt open that gift Christmas morning. After the holidays I wanted to contact someone to arrange a trade. Finally found a way to get a return label to send them back but would have to order the shoes all over again and hope attempt number 2 was more accurate. I could NEVER find a customer service number to actually talk to someone.

I even did the next size up because the first ones I ordered were too small, I had to send back after comparing to his other shoes. He said his toes were still tight at the top even with the next size up. I sent them back for a return since I guess all we can get is store credit. Its too bad they dont have half sizes.

The shoe itself looks amazing. Just small compared to my husbands other shoes. He is always a size 13....had to return and hoping to get a 14 in same shoe

The "woven" is unweaving and I've only had them a couple weeks. I also do not use them as my every day shoes. Very disappointed as I was excited about these. I'm afraid if I go to wash them they will just fall apart. I will be submitting photos to customer service in hopes of a replacement pair.

I love Hey Dudes. I really do. But Im completely over to the lack of and poor communication when it comes to buying a pair that states 2 day shipping when thats a flat out lie. I originally ordered a pair about a month ago. Found out no tracking was available and then had to refund and reorder the same pair. Now... 8 days later, Im in the same boat with no tracking. Point blank... dont advertise and not deliver. Super disappointed.

I ordered a different pair of Dudes one month prior and was never told these shoes were out of stock. It was only after I asked customer service that I found out they were out of stock. Thus I was waiting for my shoes for roughly a month before I found out I had to order a different pair. This new pair I got fits comfortably but runs a little small

Too small.

The shoes stitching was coming off so I had to return the shoes.

I bought a size 12. I usually wear a size 11 1/2-12 but my toes are busting thru the end of these turd burglers. They fit small.

Had the shoe for a week. Seams came out of the right shoe already. I see it coming totally undone if worn everyday for the next week.
