I ordered these because I needed them by a certain date. I thought if I give this like 2 weeks it's plenty of time. They ended up arriving late. I checked tracking numerous times and it said it was supposed to be delivered on a certain date but they never were. Then I looked again and it said it was running late. The shoe is so comfortable and a larger size is not in stores so I had to order online. so shipping I give rating of horrible.

Seemed like they would have been comfortable but my husband couldnt get his foot into the size 13! He liked how light they were & was upset they didnt fit. It shows they have a 14 but of course it wasnt available. After my fiasco with not letting us swap a shoe for the correct size we probably wont order again.

My son only had them one week & they ripped when he tripped in a parking lot. I cant get in touch with customer service. I tried emailing and it comes back to me with an error message about not being in your contacts. Please help! He loves them and is leaving for college soon. Ive also bought them for my husband who loves them as well & plan on getting a pair for myself. I tell everyone I know about them.

I ordered the shoes for my son's birthday, and I appreciate they were a day early, however when they arrived, they were not in a box just in a plastic bag. I feel that for the price paid I could at least have gotten a shoe box.

A little pricy for what you get. No foot support at all. They have great style and are a light shoe, but are more of a slipper. The whole sole is a light foam

I bought these for my daughter, and they were a little too big. But when I got around to returning them, I found it was only 30 days to return. : ( Now I'm stuck with a new pair of shoes I can't use or get exchanged for her Christmas present.

Not selling half sizes is a turn off

I found a 15% off promo code online. I put 2 pairs of shows in my cart, entered the promo code. It indeed took 15% off. When I filled out the remainder of my information and proceeded to checkout, the 15% discount was removed and I was charged the full amount. I contacted customer service to let them know of the situation and they promptly told me they could not honor the discount code for various reasons. If you can't honor the discount code, or if it's for 'a specific email address', as you mentioned, FIX YOUR WEBSITE and DON'T ALLOW THE CODE TO WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! If I didn't love your shoes I would have returned them immediately as I had intended to do. But unfortunately, I've probably purchased my last pair due to how this situation was handled. It's not about the $, it's about the premise of how you treat customers. Whether it wasn't supposed to work or was in error or whatever the case, that is NOT how customer service works. You should be embarrassed.

They're okay. I know they're very popular, but I'm not a huge fan. The comfort is okay, but honestly I expected more for a $60 pair of house slippers. Don't think I'll be a repeat customer. The designs are cool, but not worth the price.

very tight on my feet and the insoles wear out to quickly. I own 4 pairs of dudes and not one of them fit my feet the same.

Feel good but a little big. Normally a 10 and a half, bought a ten and they are still a bit big but fit well width wise.

My son loves them. He says they're comfortable. But the laces fell out mere days after receiving them and when I inquired about getting a replacement....nope, that's not a thing, sorry, maybe later. Huge bummer.

They should still come in boxes the bags make it look cheap and my shoes got bent in the mail box which I dont really care but the box would have prevented that. Not trying to be a Karen but just saying the box is way better but other then that I love my hey dudes I have multiple pairs

This is my third pair. I love them. My only issue with these is at the end of this models shoe lace theres no cord at the end. Therefore it makes it harder to tie.

I enjoy the shoe very light to walk in. A little thin in the material as mine have already ripped from being stepped on by my dog. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend to others.

My boyfriend loves his hey dude shoes so much he literally wore them out. His shoe size for his other shoes is 11 so that is what I ordered. These shoes aren't true to size, turns out he got a 12 for your brand. I would've traded them but literally nothing was available in that size remotely close to the style he likes.

Decent shoes for the price. Comfortable. A good spring shoe but I'd never wear them in the rain or cold.

The soles on this style are not as good
