The shoes are perfect, but the box was completely crushed. I was giving these as a gift for Christmas and had to go out and buy another box to put them in. I dealt with it , but was disappointed. Please know I do not blame you, but maybe they should be placed in a another box for safety. Thank you for your time!!!

Shoes are great! Customer service is horrible I ordered Black Friday special 20% off. Never received discount at checkout! Emailed company 6 times only got one reply back telling me they couldn't see where I ordered! I sent info to confirm order and no response and no credit if 20% very disappointing

Hubby loves them! Super comfortable and the fit is perfect. I sort of hoped that they would arrive in a box, but no worries on that. He said they keep his feet warm around the house but I think they'll be perfect for spring and summer too. He's happy so I'm happy!
