Had these shoes for a week now, so far these are one of the most comfortable shoes i have ever owned.

LOVE all four pairs of Hey Dudes that I have ordered for myself and my kids. This particular style looks nice whether you want to dress up or dress down. My only complaint is related to the company's issues with shipping and communication. I had three pairs ordered for Christmas gifts for my kids this year. I knew not to procrastinate with getting my order placed with the holidays and the pandemic, so I am very disappointed that I had to stress over my orders being delayed for over a week with no explanation or way to TALK to a customer service person. Only giving the customers a fill in the blank place to send them messages through the website with a VERY lengthy wait to get a response back is NOT good business. I have had two other orders from online businesses that were delayed this month, but they kept me informed AND compensated me for the stress it caused. So, to the Hey Dude company itself, your shoes are AWESOME.....but your service SUCKS! Just because you have an amazing product doesn't mean you can omit good customer service!
