I bought these as a gift for a person that wears a 9.5 so I ordered a 10. Too small, exchanged for an 11. Still too small so I returned. Now I need a refund please.

Very good and comfortable shoe for anybody looking so have something easy to wear. It fit a little small but was it was a surprise at how easy the exchange process was. Overall hey dude is the way to go.
