Right shoe was bigger than right and overall size too big

Shoes are just ok, kind of a weird fit, but customer service is terrible and I'd be happy not dealing with them again, honestly. I'm pretty easy-going, but getting sent the wrong size, not getting responses to emails, having to call and then being told to go online, to be told it was basically my fault that their mistake happened, etc, just makes me feel like a nuisance, even though I'm giving them business just isn't a good way to retain customers.

Ill order an 11 to replace them, but Ive never work snitching larger than a 10, do I dont have high hopes for an 11. Its unfortunate they dont offer 1/2 sizes.

So small needs to be like 2 sizes bigger. Will never order anything online from these guys. I really enjoy these shoes, but the sizes very so much. They are hard to find in store. Wish the sizes were consistent

One of the shoes I received doesn't have the Hey Dude logo on the tongue. You can tell where it should be, but nothing is there.

Great shoe but the backs cut my ankles up and bleed the third time I wore them.

I bought some 14 wally's Over a month ago. Got approved for exchange with a case number and RMA. I still don't have the shoes. I was exchanging for a Wally -charcoal 15. Even exchange. My latest email, 10 days after they received my return, is that I need to fill paperwork for an exchange. This is birthday present that is now 6 weeks late and no refund or shoes to show for it.

I only got a days worth out of them before the stitching started coming undone. Very comfortable though while they were still whole.

Shoe looks great. But it is incredibly small. My feet are 9 1/2, and I ordered these and Chan Stretch in size 10. The Chan stretch shoes are perfect. These are incredibly small. My toes are jammed in the front. And the back band part of the Wally shoe digs like crazy into my ankle. They are unwearable. I don't understand how both these and the Chan Stretch are presumably the same size.

Each Wally varies in size. I have two different version me and they both are sized differently.

I ordered the size I wear with every other shoe and these were too small.

I was really looking forward to wearing these shoes. All the people i know that have them, rave about them. They hurt my feet after about a half hour wearing them. I gave them to my brother. He loves them.

Bought these as needed an all black pair, they are my first canvas material pair of hey dudes and they faded terribly after wearing a few months. Havent worn them much besides for work and they are a grey color now, not black. This is the first pair Im disappointed with.

I am very disappointed in them!! For the price you charge for them and only my third time wearing them the stitching is already coming undone!! I am Not one to return items due to the fact that i do not have the time to do so! I love the comfort of them but i highly doubt i will be purchasing another pair!

These are too small, mainly narrow to wear comfortably.

I wish I could review these shoes. I ordered them online and they were never delivered. Customer support was helpful and issued a refund but I actually told them I'd rather just have another pair of shoes sent my way. Oh well. I'm just going to purchase them in store I guess. They seem great. But I can't seem to get my hands on a pair!

Normally I love hey dude shoes. This is the first pair that Ive bought that squeaked with every step. I contacted them the day they arrived and I feel like Im jumping through hoops. Im currently trying to get them replaced. Ive sent Im 7 pics as requested (too, bottom, each side, each insole, and the insole with lot number). Just waiting for a response now
