Bought these for my son and he loved them

The shoot self is great but the return/exchange policy has been a nightmare. I returned the shoe a couple weeks ago I got emails that you guys received the shoe. I was told I would be getting emailed an in-store credit code for the exchange to buy the right pair and I am still waiting. I have emailed customer service numerous times and never heard anything back. Super disappointed.
