They were supposed to be black and they were not they were charcoal gray!

The shoes are advertised as black. They are NOT black. They are a silver grey.

No cushion my toes do a tap dance on the tile inside first time I had hey dude an will be my last

It's definitely not true to size.

Sizes are way off. Normally a 13. Need a 16 to fit correctly. But don't even bother trying to make an exchange. You'll be lost in the system. Have to wait a month to get any action on your order. And your exchange will be out of stock by the time it's ready (even after paying for the new pair when initiating the exchange). Had to fight to get my full refund too. What a waste of time and effort.

Ordered using on line sizing guide. Too small. Requested exchange and shipped back promptly. After having my returns for three weeks, and only upon me asking twice, I am informed they are out of stock. They weren't out of stock when I started the exchange process, your system should have reserved me a pair as the exchange receipt suggested.

One of The most uncomfortable shoes I've ever bought .

I have had my pair of Hey Dudes for only 7 months and I only wear them indoors. They are already starting to rip at the toe box. Super disappointing because they are comfortable

We did not get the wally stretch canvas black/black. We ended up getting grey not stretch. My husband wears them but has only worn them once as they are not the stretch so they are to tight but we did not want to deal with returning and waiting.

I measured my foot and bought the size according to size guide, just got them and my toes are smashed into the end. And theyre non returnable. Bummed out cuz i really wanted heydudes but these are too small to wear and i cant afford to buy another pair.

I wore these 1 day and the soles came apart, the insoles wore holes and the shoes are rendered useless. This, coupled with the slowest possible delivery speed makes me not recommend this product or the company on any level.

Size runs very small compared to my other Heydudes.

Ordered size 11 felt like a 10 had to return for a 12. STILL waiting for the replacement!

I don't like that they changed the fabric. I get blisters on the tops of my toes and that has never happened to my fours pairs before this one

Sent me wrong item and did not pay for the return shipping. Also the refund of funds took over two weeks from the time return was received back on their end.

Product says black but not black

Got them and they were supposed to be all black wrong they are gray and one has a white hey dude tag and does not match the other shoe, for as much as they cost you would like both shoes to match and be the color described.
