I've never received an email saying they are shipped like they say they will send you, I have the confirmation email and no trace of it.

these shoes are a gift for Christmas for my son

I bought these for my grandson. It's the only shoes he wears! He has 20 pairs at least. I but for myself often, and other family members. We love them!

Husband wears them to work, he is a truck driver, very comfortable and keeps his feet cool.We have purchased several pair of Heydudes and will probably purchase more later in 2026.

ONE SHOE IS TIGHTER THAN THE OTHER

The shoes are fine and they fit well. They are made well. However, I was very disappointed in tge customer service. The shoes came in grey mailer sleeve and no box. I called customer service to request them send me the box and they said we are doing away with boxes and are using biodegradable materials. That is a crock of ______ !! They would not send me a box. They are using the grey plastic mailers and no box to save money. Who are they fooling by saying their packaging is better for the environment. Cardboard is safe for the environment. They are just trying to cut their costs but being dishonest about it. I won't buy from them again
