I just recently purchased several pairs of shoes (different brands). Initially, when I put on the Polo Ralph Lauren loafers on, I was not too sure whether to keep them or not. They were somewhat stiff. But I liked the look and they fit well, so I decided to keep them. After wearing them, they loosened up and are no longer stiff. I'm glad I did not act in haste.

These look very nice, but I found them to be stiff and much less comfortable than they look.

Very handsome but the outside of the shoe came up high on the foot and rubbed against the ankle bone. Unfortunately had to return but Zappos makes it easy!

Bad fit. Tilts toward the inside. Squeezes hard on the top of my foot. Long enough but toes bunched in anyway and it's even worse when I walk.

When I received the shoes they were a bit stiff but like most other loafers had expected that they would soften up. After two months they remain stiff and are somewhat painful to wear. Wouldn’t recommend these. Had expected a Polo brand to be better than this. Not good for the brand image.

These shoes are very stiff and uncomfortable. They *look* comfortable, with flat rubber soles and soft-looking leather, but they are stiff and feel like wearing sharp plastic.

Bought for son. He loves them, says very comfortable.
