Love these boots, soft and comfortable to wear for extended periods. Biggest problem is pulling them on. The finger pull holes are so far apart that I cannot get my index and middle finger in them comfortably to pull on the boot. Have to use one finger and they just don't slip on the correct way. Must have been someone with man sized hands who designed them.

I've bought all sorts of boots, but these were my first pair of Ariat. They are so comfortable compared to my Justin Gypsy. Love these Boots!

I bought these a few weeks ago for my sister in law's wedding. I was so excited when I got them in the mail because they were my first pair of cowgirl boots. They were perfect, except for one thing- 2 inches too big. I decided to go true to my "normal" size and ordered an 8. I returned them and will be ordering a smaller size. Lesson learned, order according to the sizing chart, not your normal size!

I bought these to ride motorcycles. I wanted a boot high enough to protect my calf from the upswept exhaust. I had to go 1 size larger to fit my calf. I was concerned about the heel height as I do not wear heels. I barely noticed the heel height.
The boots were very comfortable, worn almost daily. After a couple months the sole was worn enough to be slippery on wet streets. I continued to wear them in dry weather. I
I was extremely glad I did. In February 2017, I had them on when I lost control on loose gravel and crashed. I wish the rest of my gear had performed as well. The toes are badly scraped and the sides are scuffed, but my skin, calfs, ankles and feet were protected.

Been wearing this brand a long time, this style always. I get about 3 years out of a pair of boots on the farm, wearing them year round & in any kind of weather for all kinds of chores.
I prefer a suede upper & have had a blue/purple upper combo with pale brown boot before, which I loved. I got these pink camo attrocities as a gift Xmas '15 (because my mother has no actual taste except in her mouth, & because the AB store had such a poor selection - WHY? I go home to AB to buy almost anything western because there are hardly any western stores in Manitoba where more people rife English than anything else).
These pink camo boots are so bloody ugly(!)perw that I WISH they'd wear out sooner, but I guess I'm stuck with the ugliest boots on the planet for a couple of more years because, aside from being hideous & embarrassing, they are a comfortable fit & a great overall boot.

This is my third pair of Fatbaby Original. I love this boot but you have changed the inside and the sole.I wish you hadn't I liked the real originals plain no color just white stitching and leather like in the inside. I don't know how this felt like feature is going to last when continuously putting your foot in and out day in day out. I ride my horse and I ride with my husband on his Harley I liked the original sole it was very easy to walk in. These new boots I had to have stretched...didn't with my last two. My mom always said if it ain't broke don't fix it (change it)!

I love these boots! They are super gorgeous, well-made, and exactly what I was looking for and wanted in my first pair of Ariat boots! I ordered the wide so that I'd have room, and they fit very snug. They feel a bit tight, but they are so beautiful that I don't even care! I know that it will take a while to break them in because it's real leather. My Granddaddy loved his cowboy boots and I know that he would approve of this boot! I know that he's smiling from heaven! Just a warning these boots fit snug. So don't be surprised if they feel tight when you put them on. I can't wait to order my second pair..."The Heritage Western X" is up next!

This is the best boot Ive found for comfort, but the first time I had to work in the rain, my feet were soaked. I dried them in front of the heater thinking maybe I stepped in a puddle that was too deep and the water went in the top, but no, the next day....same issue! I would recommend this boot as long as waterproof wasn't necessary, it is extremely comfortable.

Bought these back I the summer. Took about 3 days to break in but I was on my feet all day. Great to do anything in, fits any stirrup, good for hiking too. Only downfall is they smell if they get wet. Not bad but enough to smell. Otherwise great boot!

These are the only boots ill ever wear. Been wearing this brand for years. Very comfortable and durable. Unfortunately, the last pair I bought the stitching has come undone on both boots. Hoping it was just a bad pair since none of the others has done this. Id give them five stars if my last pair hadn't come apart.

I bought these boots because I liked the unlined upper shaft on them. They did not disappoint. They were comfortable and as others have posted they required virtually no break in. Love the scuffed look on the soles. I did not have the sizing issue that others have talked about. However, they did wear out faster than other pairs of boots I have had

I have had my boots for 2 years and they still are holding up! Absolutely love them for riding and for going to work. Just wish they had better arch support I have to put my own in them.

These are good boots
Working in the automotive industry in all sorts of conditions and also using them to ride, I got a little over three years out of my first pair before the soles cracked. Leather uppers still look great.
Recommend good insoles, the originals in mine didn't last through the break-in period
I'll be getting another pair

I have bought several pairs of these and worn them for years. My favorite boot ever to date. Very lightweight, comfortable and great for doing property maintenance and grounds work which is what I do. The only points I wish Ariat would handle are: 1) The tread wears off and then they are extremely slippery on wet concrete. 2) I wish they came in just plain black without the various colors as it is a key element when I uniform the people that work with me.

Never owned Ariat boots before and I had been lusting after my friends pair of Fatbaby boots. Finally made my first purchase of these Ariat boots in Distressed Brown. FABULOUS! I'm so happy with them... They are so comfortable, stylish and did I mention Comfortable?? Haha! Its rare to put on a pair of boots and have them fit like I've been wearing them for years. I'm looking forward to my next pair and the next.....

I got these boots for Christmas a few years ago and I still love them to this day. I like the camo on the top and got them in distressed brown. I'll admit, they aren't as comfy as my other pair of Fatbabys, but I still enjoy wearing these. I wear them to school and the store, sometimes for riding as well.

I bought these at a horse show and just love them! I own another pair of Ariat cowboy boots and they are so comfortable I wanted to stay with Ariat. I was looking for a pair of boots with a little bling, but not too much and that looked worn. Tried these on and had to have them.
As another review mentioned they did hurt a bit in the ankle area until I wore them in. I had to roll my skinny jeans over my ankles to protect them, but since I've been line dancing and shopping in them a few times they are no longer bothering my ankles and are just as comfortable as my other Ariats.
I've gotten quite a few compliments on these!

I wear these boots all day every day, i am talking 12 hours or more a day summer and if possible most of the winter. They are very comfortable but they last only 4/5 months for me. They all give out at the seam of the toe piece, wish ariat makes it a solid one piece toe like there macy boot.

I purchased these boots for hiking purposes. It feels like your wearing a sneaker. They literally put a spring in your step. Very durable against dust and water. The traction is not what I expected but definitely a great boot.

I ordered a pair of Fatbabys with big hopes they would be the answer for my wide feet to be comfortable at work where cowboy boots are required. They were adorable! Unfortunately, the wides were not wide enough for me and were more rigid than regular cowboy boots. So waiting for them to stretch wasn't going to help. I ended up purchasing men's wide square toe cowboy boots that would stretch. I was also disappointed that the uppers were not leather and that some reviews said they would show wear fast. That said, if they fit, they're probably worth the price if you cover the upper with jeans.
