I bought these boots super excited because they were at a decent price which was surprising but when I got them looked like they were the display boots and sure enough check them all around and they were used super disappointed but it explains the price so I can't be too mad

The vamp over the top of the boot prohibited my entering the boot. I have a high instep so i needed a boot without the restriction over the top. I did return them one week ago Before ordering boots online again, I would have to know what is restrictive or just decorative.

I bought these boots and finally received them. I was so excited. My mom has owned so many pairs and they came highly recommended. I was beyond sad when I received my USED boots. You can clearly see where someone put spurs on the boots, and where they caught their spurs on the boot. The soles are already used. I reached out to customer service and all they could do is a return for a refund. I wanted to exchange them for new boots that aren't already used. That wasn't an option. I've opted to keep them, but I'm very upset that they came used. If you're going to send someone used boots, you should say so in the description.

Purchased online- I received very used condition boots. Scuffed, dirty, loose stitching and worn heels. Spoke with customer service and only option given was to return for refund. Won't be ordering again.

Bought a half size larger then I wear and in a wide . All to small. And definitely not a wide. Returned the next day.
