I bought my first pair 5 years ago from a small family owned retailer and have been hooked ever since. They are comfortable right out of the box . No break in needed. The sole insert takes a beating and doesn't wear out. As a delivery driver I'm definitely hard on these boots so i prefer to replace them at least once a year but if your not wearing them 5 days a week they will last you a lot longer. You won't regret this purchase. One last thing, they are 100% waterproof ,i know from experience.

I haven't had the chance to wear these a lot, but they appear to be just what I was looking for. Good looks and comfortable.

Durability in the heel is one of the only major drawbacks. Not a comfort shoe though, obviously. I'd recommend an insole for comfort and maintaining the inner lining.

I love my Rockys....but the waterproof is a bit of a stretch...I know these are set for "duty'' but I didn't realize a Production Kitchen and a motorcycle would give them a run for there money. I guess none of these people have been on bike in the rain or had to hose off a floor. They lasted my average of 6 months, which between de-greasers and Minnesota weather isn't bad, but they aren't anywhere near indestructible.
