These lasted a week short of two years before starting to split at the seams and leak water. In the rough industry I'm in that is the longest I've ever had a boot last and the price is very fair considering this. I am satisfied enough with them that I am ordering another pair to replace the old ones right now.

This boot is true to size!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried them on and walked around for 30 minutes. the leather is soft and yet sturdy!!! Breaking them in will not be a very long process for anyone who purchases them!!!!!

I've wide feet, so I order the wide toe. This pair is perfect for my job at delta. The avenger is water proof, insulated and comfortable.

Excellent boot-- very comfortable to wear and walk in, very light, and looks great-- but definitely sized way too small. Order the Wide version a half size larger than usual for normal feet, and the Wide a full size larger for wide feet; if they end up too large vertically, just add an extra insole for a perfect fit. Fortunately, if you do wind up with boots that are too small, Zappos makes it 100% painless to return them for a larger size! Just print out a shipping label and seal 'em back up in the same box to drop off at a UPS Store. Definitely buying my boots here from now on.

Almost two years in on a very tough worksite job and they're still going strong! I have replaced the shoelaces though.

I love these boots. I work construction and have been wearing them a year and a half 5 days a week. The shoe lace is just starting to break! These will be my go to boots going forward.

Love 'em. Comfortable, didn't have to break them in, and they're light as a feather.

I like this shoe because it is so light, yet strong and robust.

Shoe style was great, hugged my feet but after breaking them in, the steel toe was gouging on top of my last three toes.

Bought these as replacement for my previous work boots. I am 6 ft 6 and 230lbs active and wear these literally all day 7 days a week. I work in steel and machine tool industry as well as automotive, lots of oil and grease, steel shavings and welding and grinding operation exposure. I bought these thinking the would just a fill in and only last me for a few months. We I can tell you after 5 months of use these boots have shown hardly any wear and are super comfy and supportive. They have good leather uppers and no seam breakout or sole separation, I’m supper psyched, maybe good for whole year! I’ve been wearing much heavier and more expensive boot for years, at around 1/3 the cost these are even better lasting an more comfortable. Will definitely be buying second pair.

Fit me well with an insole as I am a size 11 and these only come in size 11.5

Tried them first a half size smaller—my usual. A bit snug around the toes, but close enough I tried them a little bigger. Glad I did, because they are perfect! Zappos free returns policy made the swap easy, too. These boots have more features (i.e. steel toed) than boots I was previously paying nearly double for—and they are COMFORTABLE! Highly recommend this product and Zappos. My wife was right!

I used steel toe boots before, but they almost wore out before they were comfortable. These Avengers are comfortable right out of the box! That’s amazing, to me because I’m very picky about shoes and comfort level. I have one pair of shoes I have worn only three times. They look great, but not for walking around for more than a few minutes. Since receiving the Avengers I have used them at work and just walking around the house, because they really feel great on my feet. The steel toe is very comfortable, it doesn’t feel like your carrying a metal ball around. For a real picky guy , these were a great PICK !

The fit and size was exactly the way I needed for it to be very comfortable!

Fit was 1/2 size too small so ordered size 12 which fit fine. Very comfortable first time out. They look good too.

Bought these boots for my husband last month, who works as a technician on the propulsion system for trains so he is always walking on tracks and on rough terrain. He never heard of the Avenger brand and didn't want to wear them after I had purchased the boots. I bought these work boots for two reasons - the reviews were great and these boots are water proof according to the description (he hasn't worn them in the rain yet so can't confirm if it is good in this sense). He has worn the boots now for more than two weeks and he has complained about his knees hurting him less. I believe it was a great purchase for him and a good investment. Would recommend these boots

I have semi-wide feet, with practically no arch. I bought size 15, medium width and they fit really well. Bought these as a just in case, as i'm about to switch warehouse gigs and thought i might need them. I won't. Keeping them regardless, always good to have a pair in reserve, b/c of this, i can't really remark on comfort or durability as i would need time to give a valid assessment. Though, for what it's worth, i'm very happy with my purchase. Should have bought steeltoe SHOES now that i think about it, so i can rock them with shorts in the summer... oh well.

It was a good fit. I'm a size 10 for normal shoes like vans so a 9.5 fit my feet.

Fit and size were ok but only time will tell. Would like to see how long this boot holds its comfort. I have been a boot wearer for a long time and dislike the boots that lose their comfort to soon.

They fit ok. A little big, but I put in my inserts and then fit better. Only draw back is they leave black scuffs on most flooring, so I need to place a towel or some floor covering down if I am working on the floor. .

The inside material around the composite insert broke down and lumped up. This caused blisters across the toes. It occurred about 4 months into use.

They were alright

I had order a size 12, but had to return them for a size 13. Style and arch support is ok. Boot were advertised as being waterproof, but inside of boot did get wet from snow.

I ordered a Half size larger then I normally ware because you only have that in a double E I needed a triple or 4 E so shoe was to tight very High quality shoe but just did not fit so had to send them back

The fit was uncomfortable
