Adorable, beautiful shoe but there is a seam that runs up the back of the inside of the shoe that rubs on my boney achilles tendon. They had to go back, darn!

Size was correct but too narrow. The shoe is very pretty.

They are pretty but stiff as a board. The back part comes up very high and cuts into the back my ankle. They do seem to run a bit narrow as well.

Sadly the left shoe pinched my left foot. Beautiful shoes, just didn’t work for me.

These shoes were so cute but felt narrower than usual and material is pretty stiff so not likely to soften to be more comfortable so am returning these. The length was fine and the heel height is perfect, not too high, and the block heel was what I needed for a long wedding day of standing and dancing. If they came in a wide width, I would definitely buy these again but sadly it appears they only come in medium width.

Although these shoes are gorgeous, when you try to walk the design digs at the top of your foot and with wide feet there is definitely no molding them into place. Sadly I had to return them.

Too rigid, I didn't think this would be comfortable all night. They look good though!

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. Upon trying them on, I found there was no cushion beneath the ball of my foot. Placing a a gel cushion in each shoe helped. The strap across the toes does not flex, which keeps the jewels from coming off but causes it to dig into the tops of your toes. I had lined the strap with mole skin but still got a blister. Truly beautiful shoes and they held up through a night of dancing but I'll only wear them for future events that don't include much walking or dancing.

Loved the look of these, but for shoes marked "wide" they were much too narrow at the toe box. Overall, they fit more as a medium width than a wide.

Disappointed that these fit so small.

Pretty shoe, but too narrow

Very pretty, but way too narrow. I ordered a 5 wide and could not get my foot in. Would definitely recommend ordering a size up.

Really cute shoes, nice green bottoms, however they were missing the B.J. silver heart on the bottom, and they made a horrid squeaky noise when I walked in them. Also, they definitely looked as though they had been previously returned by someone else.

When the shoes arrived, I thought "how pretty" but when I walked around the house, they killed my feet- Not the arch support, but the band across the top. Sadly, I have to return them. : (

A little narrow for my EE feet. The footbed was hard and uncomfortable.

Beading was not correct

These are pretty shoes and I liked the color. The beading looked a little old-ladyish to me. But, as other reviewers noted, the back of the shoe (the part that cups the heel) is very high, stiff and uncomfortable. After only wearing them for a couple of minutes, they rubbed my Achilles tendon raw.

This review is for the Blue by Betsey Johnson Mel in Navy. The ankle strap is uncomfortable and difficult to buckle. The holes are not open enough. The heel on the back of the foot is too high. It felt uncomfortable. The toe band dipped while walking pushing into the toes. I wanted shoes I could dance the night away in. I will be returning them.

Very Very narrow!!!!

Love love the style, comfort except the toe band needs to be wider - pinched toes. Too bad as the shoe is perfect.

very narrow! I ordered the wide and the strap around your toes are still way too narrow. Hurts your toes with in minutes

I loved these shoes. However, they would not be comfortable. I ordered a wide, thinking that they would be more comfortable but they seemed to be medium width and tight across the strap. Also the back of the heel comes too far up, that it would cause blisters. The heel height is perfect.
