I'd give the style of this sandal and A plus plus! They have a small amount of cushioning on the insole. But the bands over the instep are not stretchable, and they do not give me enough space over my high instep. Furthermore they are short! So I will try the 9.5 with HOPE, 'cause I love 'em!

Well... These shoes are actually quite nice. I like the back zipper; the color (I think it’s taupe) and the style. I am 5’1” so I like the added height...my feet will touch the floor when I sit in a chair. These are the things short people think about!!! With the many shoes I have tried on (thank you Zappos) I have been consistently wearing a 6 1/2 medium. And the size of these shoes are right on the money. Initially, I thought they were running a bit on the narrow side. I think it depends on what time of day you try them on. I understand what one reviewer said about the seam and the ball of the foot area. I have one foot larger than the other which makes finding comfortable shoes a challenge. So the foot that is larger is aware of the seam thing at the ball of the foot. The larger foot is still deciding whether these shoes are a go or not...because on that foot the shoe feels a bit tighter. The one thing that caught me by surprise is that the sole is hard...I thought it was foam or soft, but it’s hard. So I have to think about whether I want to go through life clunking along. The shoes are worth a look and a try on.

Love the sandals . If you have a narrow foot they are for you!!! I returned them because they were tight for me .

Love the style. Super awkward sizing. I'm normally a size 9 with a normal width. I tried on a 8.5 in a store, my toes comically hung over the edge. I ordered the 9.5 from Zappos, my big toe still hung over the edge a bit. I ordered a 10. The straps are so incredibly wide and loose on a 10 I felt like i was going to sprain my ankle. Had to send both pairs back.

I love these sandals! I purchased a half size larger, since my usually shoe size was too small in these. I chose the "Tan" color, which is so neutral it goes with just about everything. In addition, I am short so I love getting the little extra height these offer. However, the wedge is not so high that it affects my normal walking stride. Moreover, that zipper in the back gives these sandals just the right amount of style without going over-the-top. Very happy with this purchase

These sandals are great. They have a fun, stylish look, and they are very comfortable - I did a lot of city walking in them right out of the box. I had to size up 1/2 size. I usually wear a 7.5 (with a slightly narrow foot), but that felt tight in the toe and my toes hung over the front in these sandals. I then tried a size 8 and that was perfect - a little loose but because of the width and placement of the straps they still feel secure.

Those shoes are beautiful, everything about them is awesome but they have to go back! I'm a size 8 and followed the review saying to size down, so I ordered a 7.5. Well they are too tied and a little too short (+ there is a little defect like a sticker was removed). I would have exchanged them for an 8 but not too avail! Really disappointed.

Shoes are very comfortable and true to size. The style is amazing.

Really cute, easy to walk in. Sizing everyone said they ran small but I have to size down from a 7 to 6.5, the zippers are a little tough at first but that’s with any new shoe. I love them otherwise

I saw these online and just had to have them. They are very stylish. Pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that it can be hard to zip up the back of the shoe by the heel and your feet slide forward a little when you walk. Other than that, I really like them.

Beautiful sandal, especially if you want one that is not flat with no cushion.

Ordered these for my trip to Italy and wore these on several days and we walked everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were right away. I wore them twice before the trip to make sure they fit well and they really didn't need breaking in. Highly recommend.

These. Shoes felt comfortable right from the start. They are super cute and the leather is soft and supple. I love the wedge for a little lift. I wore them all day long the first day and again the next day. Love them!

To be honest, Steve Madden shoes have been uncomfortable for me and so I usually don’t buy this brand but these are wonderful! Comfortable and stylish. These reviews are helpful because it was good for me to go up a half size and it fits well. The dark ink rubs off a bit at the back and recommend you wearing bandaids near the zipper area while breaking these in but definitely worth buying.

I was hesitant to buy at first, because I felt it was hard to zip and unzip, but decided to risk, because they look stunning. I was right to go ahead since they stretched a bit and now are very easy to put on and off. Very comfortable and stylish.

Great looking shoe and well made, too. No loose threads or sloppy bits of glue showing on the seams, which I find increasingly common, even on the most expensive shoes. These were comfortable on my slightly wide feet. I'm exchanging them for a different color only because I realized when I tried them on that they're very similar to another shoe I already own. At least I know what I like!

These are the most comfortable and supportive sandals I've ever worn. I broke my ankle years ago wearing flip flops and am nervous about wearing anything other than sneakers. I wear an 11 and the 11 is a perfect fit. My foot feels very secure in these and I love that there is a little bit of height to them. They felt great right out of the box. I put them on and walked around my house for 2 hours expecting something to rub or pinch but the longer I wore them the better they felt. I just got back from running errands for 2 hours and I don't want to take them off. I ordered the black and the metallic leather. I love the metallic leather with the white sole. I don't love the look of the black as much (sort of wish it had a white sole too) but I'm keeping them anyway because they are so comfy. It's so hard for me to find shoes because I refuse to wear anything that I can't walk for miles in. These are keepers!
