The shoe itself was beautiful and would have worked with many outfits for summer. Unfortunately as I put my foot in the shoe, the double strap that goes over the foot came completely undone! It broke at the elastic on the inner side of the shoe. I want to believe this was a one off so I’m returning and will try another pair. btw: 2 stars because I never got to wear the shoe.

These shoes were great...until I wore them once and the straps blew out! I alomost broke my ankle when they strap broke and sent me to the ground! Not made well.

Wore them twice and one of the straps over the instep broke. Had a second pair sent and on my second time wearing the same thing happened. Sam Edlman shoes have declined in quality and are no longer my go to. So disappointed!!

The fit and size were great. They look cute on my feet and aren't terribly uncomfortable - good enough to wear if you don't have to walk a lot, however, as another reviewer stated the strap broke in my case, too...after just a tiny bit of wear. I don't even walk with them...just AT work, but I use other shoes until I get into the building

THis shoe arrived broken. I tried it on and one of the straps was broken. This is a great looking shoe, I'm not sure what went wrong. Nobody noticed? Are they just poor quality? I'm leary of buying another pair at those prices!

Straps broke as soon as I wore them

I’m not sure why Zappo’s is still selling this shoe. I agree with every review on here. The double straps broke within 30 minutes of wearing them! People, don’t waste your money on this shoe! It is poorly made and the company should be embarrassed, as Sam Edelman usually puts out a quality shoe! Returned!!!

I am returning these as they broke the very first time I wore them! I ordered them to replace a similar Sam Edleman pair, same style, that both broke last week in Vegas. Time to look for a different brand.

DO NOT BUY THIS SHOE! Thankfully, Zappos is a reputable company but I have ordered two pairs of these and both broke within four hours. I have notified Zappos. It must be a quality control issue. They are cute. But they will break within your first time wearing them.

Oh, people. Don't order these. They sent me out two different pair and each broke within four hours. YES, FOUR HOURS. Zappos customer service is so good, and I'm getting my money back but this is a defective shoe.
