I've worn these shoes maybe six times. The thread is coming loose on the left one. The lining inside the right has rumpled up and come away from the shoe it's self. Quality issues. Won't let me upload pics.

I bought these shoes recently and on the right foot, the inside material is pulling up. It's very wrinkled and will not lay flat. Customer service would not replace them but gave me a 20% for future purchase.

The size runs a whole size larger than I ordered. I ordered an 8 and it fit like a size 9 or 9 1/2.

These are HORRIBLE QUALITY!! Do NOT waste your money! I can't believe they label these as leather. I have worn them twice and the sole is rubbing off on my foot already. I can't believe I spent 140 on these cheap shoes. Seriously do not buy them.

I have worn these mules 3 times, barely walked in them when I did wear them, and the stitching is breaking away from the upper leather seam.

The sole in both of my shoes started to come off within a day of wearing it. I work in an office, so there's no way I walk around enough in a day for it to peel back so quickly.

I love Sam Edelman sandals, they're so comfortable so I thought I'd try another style. This is the most painful shoe I own. I thought I just needed to break them in but now if I walk more than 15 mins in then I get blisters. They look good but they're so painful! I wish I could return :(

I really wanted to love these shoes as they look just like the designer ones for a fraction of the price! However, after wearing them a few times, they started to tear on the side. I was able to exchange them, but the liner on my new pair is coming off of the shoe near the heel (after just two wears!) I’ve given up and will be returning them.

This shoe is beautiful. However, it behaves like a flip flop. I have other mules and clogs where my feet are secure in the shoe and the back heel does not flop up and down. The bottom is so hard each step feels like getting hit with a wooden brick. Very uncomfortable.
