I like the Nike velcro shoes for my kids, so they don't have to worry about tying their shoes when they are at school. The material on this shoe though peels easily. It gets those fuzzies on them. I only let my kids wear Nike velcro shoes and these ones are probably my least favorite. They're still nice though. I also like how Nike velcro shoes are super light.

These fit my son perfectly! He is 7 and still can’t tie his shoes and these were great!

My son hates tying his shoes so these are perfect. Zappos always has great stock and lots of sizing options. Zappos is where I get all my shoes from plus they come the next day or the following day at the latest. It’s perfect!

The Velcro strap is a little longer on the wide vs. regulate width, which was just what we needed.

It's great -- sturdy, fit well, not a bad style... I wish the kid's mom would let me keep them for our 2 1/2-year-old. She prefers Jordon or Addidas so I had to return them. :(

We purchased these in an attempt to replace my son’s favorite Nikes (which were discontinued). My son grew up wearing Plae shoes, but now complains about the fit (and I secretly believe the style). We bought a few pairs of laced sneakers, but these are more convenient. I was unsure about the marshmallow-like white sole, but they look fine on his foot. I hope they come in more color ways - he loves the fit and wears them to run, go to school and even on vacation.

Bought them for my 6 year old. He loves them. Says they are very comfortable.

My son does not wear a wide in any other shoes. But with the regular width in these it was hard to get his foot in. The wide is perfect.

My son has a wide foot and these fit the bill nicely. He likes both the black and red. With a wide foot, the selection is always limited so i like that these are simple.
