You CAN easily remove the insole to insert your orthotic. It's lightly glued down and removes cleanly! I have a very high instep and don't like shoes that press to tightly at the top of my foot. These are super comfy!

The style of these shoes is the biggest positive. They are extremely cute, even on my size 10 not so cute feet. They feel true to size. They feel stiffer and less spongy than previous sketchers I’ve had. They seem fine for errands, but I won’t use them for true exercise because I don’t think the support is enough for me. Glad I got them at Zappos good price! And so cute!

I put these on and they fit perfectly and felt very comfortable .. until I wore them grocery shopping for about 45 min, I ended up with blisters and cuts on the back of both of my feet.

They are very cute and look just as good as in the picture. When I first put them on they felt nice, although a little smaller than I was expecting. The bottom was very soft and cushioning and I liked the cooling effect. Since they felt nice when I tried them on and walked around a little, I wore them to walk on the treadmill later. The comfort started to wear away and the heels began to feel very stiff, and rubbed a red, sore spot on the back of my heels. I stopped before it became too bad of a blister. I was very sad as they were so cute. I'm wondering if a size up would be better, but at this point I already wore them so probably couldn't exchange. I'm not sure if they will get more comfortable if I keep wearing them.

Again, I love this style, and the color is beautiful. Just wish they weren’t so wide.

I bought these sneaks for next summer. Had several pair this past year. Comfortable, wide and cute.

I looked forever to find these exact shoes. Finally found them here at a reasonable price. They seem a little wider than the first pair I bought a few years back. Overall they are a very comfortable shell.

Have re-purchased this shoe several times in different colors. An all around winner for me, and I have sensitive feet. Will purchase again in the future. Go Zappos!

Awesome shoe. So comfortable and adorable. I wore them 2 days in a row 16 hours on my feet. Great for walking, standing, comfort and style.

I usually wear an 81/2 which wasn't available so I ordered the size 9, they fit like an 81/2 wide width which I usually wear so it was a WIN WIN.

Love this shoe. Usually wear a 7 or 7.5. The 7 was fine & felt good but the "ribbon" decoration (part of the shoe design itself) hit right at my bunion. I can't be sure it will stretch with wear so am sending back. After having them on for 1/2 hour it felt very tight on the bunion. It is an adorable, well made, sturdy shoe that would look better than a tennis shoe at any event.

These shoes are the best Sketchers I've had. They are true to size. I wear a 5.5 med. width. These do not look like a gun boat when you put them on. No big over lapping sole. I just bought 3 of them hoping they will last a while.

A stiff but beautiful shoe! True size to my 6.5 foot. It cuts into my ankle a bit but it just needs to be broken in.

These are the most fabulous shoes. So comfortable. Could walk all day. I have a narrow heel and wide toe box and they are perfect.
