These shoes rock. I need a wide for a bunion and have a high instep. the strap is long enough, the toe box is wide enough and the heel is not too wide. ordered my regular size and fit tts. colors are cute (I got the grey). good for light walking/exercising. does have decent arch support. will order more!

I wanted to keep these because they are really cute in person. However, the strap did not have enough Velcro to pull them tight enough. The sides also lacked the support I need to prevent pronation. Would have been better with a wider strap with longer Velcro. They were well cushioned. I would have pulled out the insole and used my custom support which would have been easy enough to do. Also, there was a rough seam on the side of left shoe where the strap was sewn on. Would have been fine with socks, but painful without them. I don't think the foot bed was quite as wide as usual, but just a little difference. The heel was as narrow as usual which is important to me. Nice try but back they went. Thanks, Zappos, for your great customer service.

wide, problem feet, these felt wide enough, supportive, a little more cushioning on soles would have been nice, but that is me...a keeper nonetheless!

These shoes didn't have enough cushion for me. The width was fine and it had decent arch support. These might be fine for a quick trip to the store but not for more serious all-day walking or standing.

Cute, cushy, easy to put on. Look just like the photo. Felt true to size and width. The only thing I would mention is that the back of the heal comes up high and bugs to almost makes sore my high part of the back of my heal. I wore them twice, so now can't return.

Really cute shoe in person but runs really short. I normal wear a 7 and am reordered in an 8. Seem to be be nicely cushioned in the foot bed.

I ordered a 9.5 wide, and the fit is good in this pair. I say that conditionally. ( They Just arrived today.) The moment I put these shoes on, my painful toes, foot, leg and hip felt better than in years! They are a little stiff on the toes and the heel; time will tell if that becomes less noticeable. I would like these in other colors; I have found that size varies on most shoes I have ordered, because the colors are often manufactured in different countries. Being able to exchange by Zappos with no questions asked makes that a definite plus! Let me know when these are available in black 9.5 wide!

The fit and size are perfect for me. One foot is wider than the other now, so my current shoes no longer fit. I ordered 5 different shoes online to find a wide shoe in my size that would give support for walking like a tennis shoe, arch, not too bulky in the sole, and easy off-on. I sent each pair back until I found this Ryka style. Love the look and feel of it. The ribbon is flexible to work for both of my feet. It's a great walking shoe, gives me support and comfort, plenty of toe room, and all in a cute unique style. I have ordered it in three different colors. I can wear it with or without socks depending on the weather. So happy that I found these shoes! My only question is that the material is woven instead of leather and might shrink in rain, so I am careful to not wear them in rain. The shoes comes with shoe form that I use whenever not wearing, to keep them in great shape.

I bought these to have something simple but sturdy to put on first thing in the morning. ‘Purchased the wide width because my left foot has changed due to arthritis. The shoes are comfortable right out of the box. Velcro closure is easy and secure. Arch support is high and prominent. Might be too much for some people. Roomy toe box. They’re pretty cute. I may buy another pair. Very pleased.

I tried the 8.5 size but they were a tiny bit too tight in the toe. Then I ordered the size 9 shoe but that was way too big. Their sizing is out of whack somehow. The size 8.5 is too small and the next size up is just too big.

These are SOOOO cute, but too small. I recommend ordering a size larger. Had to return.

They seem to run about a half size smaller. The strap that goes over the top of your foot is too short. They have a great arch support, and are cute, but I need a different size. Hoping a half size larger will make the strap longer too.

Really cute shoes. They do fit my 9 1/2 EE foot surprising well. Am taking them as alternative to my New Balance on our upcoming trip to Europe. Will have to see how I hold up after a day of touring. I did by peds for them as my foot was sweating. Also felt a bit of rubbing at the back of my heel...the peds should help with that as well. Will have to give a follow up after I get back!

Loved the sneaker, but was just too wide and didn’t come in a narrow...boo

The footbed and arch support are extremely comfortable. A little more cushioning would be nice, but can't complain for the price.

These shoes fit perfectly and were comfortable from the second I put them on. The pink sneaker is adorable and will be great for casual fun and walking. Glad I got them!

Got these for my Mom and she loves them. Cute style and very comfortable.

Shoes are not tight at all and kind of mold to your feet. Very soft foot bed. Wore walking at a festival with no break in, no blisters! Nice!
