This style seems to run a size smaller than my Birkenstock Gizehs

These Birkenstock sandals are lightweight and the blue ones are very pretty. I found that the plastic straps to be very hard and hurt the tops of my feet. I only walked up and down my hallway, but couldn't see myself walking a long distance in these sandals. If the material was a little softer, I would definitely keep them.

I ordered these to have relatively inexpensive arch support around the house. They are lightweight--about the weight of shower shoes. The EVA is stiffer than I would've guessed it'd be but that may soften up with time. I will not find out because I had to return them. While the width seemed fine and my toes fit into the little wells at the front, the arch support did not line up with my arch. I am a size 5 in tennies/trainers/sneakers, so for these I ordered a 36 Narrow. (I normally wear Hoka Clifton 5, and those arch supports work well for my feet.) The fit was good everywhere except there was a bit too much space behind my heel plus the aforementioned issue with the arch not lining up. I feel weird giving this show a star rating since there is nothing wrong with them, really, they are just not designed to fit my particular feet. If you are interested in trying these and you cannot find them in a store near you I would definitely recommend purchasing through Zappos since their return policy is so awesome because you need a very particular shape of feet for these to work as arch support shoes. I am going to shell out the dough for some Birkenstock Arizonas. If those don't work out I may need to move on to a different brand.

I really love them. They run shorter. Likely I worded a bigger size. Before I bought size 39. Now likely I ordered 40. They look really beautiful!

Super cute everyday sandals! I ordered the khaki color, and wear them with almost anything! I normally wear a size 8.5 and I ordered size 9/9.5 and they fit me good. They do get a little slippery when wet but most all sandals do. I would recommend ordering 1 half size up from your normal size.

I ordered these in both black and white. The black pair that I ordered is a full size larger than the white pair so I need to return. Other than that, great style and very comfortable. Wish I could keep the black!

I like this style but they made my feet hot. They would be great for beach, pool wear but not what I intended them for, so I returned them. Otherwise they were cute on my feet.

I loved the review that referred to these as "birkencrocs"...I bought these to be beach shoes. They feel a bit more fitted and stable than any Crocs I've ever owned and just as comfy, but a little more flip floppy than I expected. The strap does ride fairly low on the toes. Not sure they'll work in the sand for me, but around the pool will be great. I have Croc flip flops that I have been using, but a foot injury has made wearing anything between my toes uncomfortable. Not quite what I was picturing - had anticipated them be a bit more stiff - but still happy with the purchase.

Great shoes for the beach or pool- easy to slide on and off, fit great, and they stand up great to a sand-removing rinse! Love these!

I really like these shoes! Super cute, yet practical for the pool, beach, or water activities. They dry quickly which is nice as well. Compared to my other pair of Birkenstocks they fit as expected. My only complaint with these shoes are that the strap is a little too low on the foot...if it was a little higher up they would be perfect.

I still have my 1995 college Birkenstocks in the classic two-strap style. Thought I'd get these because of 1 the price and two they are waterproof. The strap is a little narrow so they feel like they're falling off sometimes, or if you move too fast they trip you up. But I like them for the Birkenstock support and the waterproof ease of them. I wish they had the Gizeh essentials in black 38, but I missed those :( They would have been the perfect summer poolside sandal. For the price these are okay, but I'm not doing cartwheels. Or like I said, I'd trip...

I usually wear a 40 in regular Birkenstock styles. I originally ordered these for my daughter who wears a 39. They were too big for her but fit me a little snug so I kept them. They are perfect for beach or pool - no worries of ruining your Birks in the water! Great fun colors for summer!

Decent sandals for a great price. I don’t have a narrow foot and these narrow shoes fit just fine.

Perfect for quick run outside to pick up the paper, water flowers or boat ride :)

I was gifted the silver ones by my friend. Got my usual size 38 for my size 7 feet. I was told that the sizing for these birks run a little large and a bit inconsistent so she had to figure out the right sizing for herself. She is a size 8 in shoes, a true 39 in birks but have a few of these in size 38 and 39. I guess you just have to try n see. Anyways, I wore these while traveling Italy and it was great. Stylish, functional and comfortable. These were my only second pair of shoes/sandals on the trip. I ended up wearing these all day and night. My feet were absolutely fine after a long day of walking. At night, I washed and rinsed them off in the shower and wore them as house slippers! I highly recommend these sandals.

I ordered the wrong size, but kept them anyways as they weren't too bad. These are not the same as the standard birkenstocks, but still provide support and are great for getting dirty and around water. I recommend to anyone.

Nice support and you don’t have to worry about getting caught in the rain with them. I have narrow feet and the adjustable strap allowed for a nice fit.

The arch hit me slightly odd like it was slightly forward. It didn’t bother me enough to return them though.

I bought these shoes for the pool and beach. They are very light weight and easily packed into a beach bag. They are waterproof and can be washed off and still look great. I wouldn't wear them for long walks because there is little support

The shoe itself was okay. I just wasn’t too fond of the material. I like the solid color but the material rubbed my foot as I walked and felt very uncomfortable. Returned.

These have been very comfortable. However, they unfortunately have not held up well. They have only been used for pool side and not for walking, but the strap has begun to crack and separate from the base / sole of both shoes.

These shoes hurt my old feet. BUT the return and refund was quick and painless. I will order more from Zappos.

they are to flexible for me

Length was great and I was excited to be able to adjust the strap to fit my narrow foot. Color (Khaki) is a perfect neutral shade, making them versatile. Very lightweight (think sandal-style Crocs). However, on the underside of the strap on these, there is what I will refer to as a button. During a short test walk from one room to another in my home, the button was already digging into my foot and leaving a red impression. Oh well. Perhaps someone with a typical medium width foot wouldn't have a problem, so I wouldn't discourage giving them a try. After all, if they don't work out, Zappos is very easy to work with for a return.

I loved these...they are light weight and felt great. But then I started walking and they made a farting noise with each step. So bummed! Sending them back.
