You need to order 1 size larger than your normal size. I found this on Clear Weather's website. I ordered my normal size and they were too small, sent them back and got 1 size larger and they fit great!

I take a size 9 dress shoe. I ordered a 9 1/2 and could barely get my toes into the shoe. I am returning and will not reorder but if I had to guess, I would order a whole size larger. At least.
The design is not a standard athletic show. There is no "tongue". And the foot opening is elastic like some beach shoes are. Putting it on requires you grab the heel and back of the shoe and stretch the opening.
Weird.
Also, the photos made this show look to extra cushioned. It is not. Quite the opposite.
