Customer Reviews ECCO Comfort Everyday Insole

I looked forward to getting these ECCO replacement insoles as I have bought them before. This, product , however, does not measure up to the previous ones that I have bought. It just is not the same as the originals and replacements that I have had. And the shape is not quite the same. And I am not sure about the leather. It seems to be thinner. The small tab that goes up at the arch is not in quite the same place and the padding on that tab is cut away/trimmed down differently. the underpadding does not quite feel the same. This insole is to be trimmed. Th previous ones were not. I wore them for one afternoon and they were not satisfactory. (In Ecco shoes.) Ecco, this is not up to your standards!

It felt well, but I still wanted the other item--the one that ECCO has that has arch support within it. This one is good.

I returned this insert because I need some padding and decent arch support...these have none but if you just want an insert, these are well made.
