Haven't shopped on Zappos in a while, but.. did Zappos remove the sizing charts, or did they never have one?? I couldn't figure out what size I should purchase for these sandals, but my child is currently wearing 11, so I started with those. I had to exchange for a different size TWICE because they were too small! I ended up with a size 13. If I could just see the measurements for each size shoe, it would have saved a LOT of time, effort and resources shipping these shoes back and forth!!! So I give Zappos itself 2 stars for this. For the shoes itself -- once you're able to get the right size that fits, they're really nice, well-made shoes. I love that it's all leather uppers, metal buckles, and rubber soles. No plastic. Great style as well.

I ordered my daughter as size 7, they are just right. Her toes don't hang over the edge. She loves her sandals.

The style of the shoe is nice. However, the quality of the workmen ship was a deal breaker for me.

We have bought several pairs of these sandals over the years, but this one had the strap break just after a year! Such a shame. Usually they last for many wears and can be passed down.

Have always loved these sandals. However, I bought two different pairs of these for my daughter and BOTH pairs broke within a few weeks ( the back stap but the ankle just tore off). Thought this was a fluke and thanks to Zappos, was immediately sent another pair. However, the second pair broke in the exact same place ( she was playing at a park). Bought a pair for my other daughter and immediately returned as the risk of having a shoe fall apart due to playing like her sister is just not worth the hassle to me. : (
