The boot looks great until you wear it for a day. The faux leather is so thin it wears through in one day of wear. My advice is to find a better quality boot. Zappos was great to work with on the issue!

The boots are great- I ordered a half size bigger, added some insoles for a more snug fit. I have very wide flat feet so I needed the bigger size. What I am reviewing is the customer service. I ordered on Monday and they were supposed to be delivered on wed. I understand the delays with COVID. They did not come and I hadn’t received a shipping notice. Called on wed evening and spoke with Jason. Can I just say WOW. He looked into it and saw that they still had not shipped. He assured me that he would get it taken care of. Either they would be at my door Thursday or he would ship them to the place I was leaving I was leaving for on Friday. They came on Thursday. 18hr after I spoke to him! I love Zappos and will always buy thru them!

My daughter needed cowboy boots for a theme party. I didn't want to spend a lot for boots she wouldn't wear much. These boots had good reviews and were reasonably price. She usually wears an 11 in Ugg and Keen boots so we ordered a size 11 and they fit great.

I looooved these boots. I had to get a 5.5 bc they didn’t have a size 5, but they were too big so I have to return them. I’m getting the reddish ones in this same style because they are comfy, fit well and it was the only color they had in my size. These turquoise ones are way cuter though.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandaughter. The boots are very nice and she was in love with them right out of the box. Also they are quite comfortable for western boots and look much more expensive than they actually were. I am very pleased with the quality of this purchase and the service from ZAPPOS.

I bought the pink boots in this style and they are awesome. They are so comfortable. I did buy 1/2 size larger because I have a wide foot and I did not want my toes cramped. Wore all day-very happy with them!

Love the color and the colors of the design. It looks like a more expensive boot than what I paid. Very soft leather and comfortable, I won't need to have to break them in. Great boot for the price. I would highly recommend Zappos to my family and friend.

Great quality super cute and comfy!

Really like these boots and the comfort was amazing. Size was perfect although I felt that the top was a bit wide. Returning only because I wanted to put the refund towards a true leather boot. Were these and leather I would definitely keep them. If you don’t want the expense of leather these are really cute and I think they’re a great buy.

Great color and easy to walk in

These boots look like real suede. I love the color; and wish they come in bright red as well. A friend wants to get a pair, but the teal/turquoise color was already sold out in her size

My 10 year old granddaughter loves them. I’ll be returning as I ordered the wrong size. I think that was my mistake not Zappos sizing recommendations.

Not a true red. More maroon-ish

My first pr of boots & I absolutely luv them!! They are buttery soft, the inside is lined nicely with a soft comfy material, & the sole has a nice foot bed. They look & feel fabulous!

The most COMFORTABLE boot that I own! Super cute and comfortable for all day wear. This was my first brand of Roper's and I would definitely buy again!

They fit well, enough to wear socks with them. The pointy toe did not agree with my feet. But my feet is pretty flat from walking, barefoot.

Great for the price

Fit was good. Comfortable to wear. And I love the love. The can be a little wider for people with large calves.
