This one was too pointed for my toes and it's a bit floppy so going larger isn't an option. There is absolutely no arch support whatsover; it's like walking on a piece of cardboard. It's pretty, though.

After wearing the shoes for a couple of weeks, the leather stretches and I wasn't able to keep my heels from coming out of the shoe.

I clearly ordered a size 5. Shoes arrived. Size 36, which in US is 5.5. They should not substitute whatever size they wish.

These are SOO beautiful but NARROW in the front makes them uncomfortable. Its a very soft leather but design/stitching is stupid/thoughtless. ONLY kept for looks. Beauty without brains. Have never used yet but kept on at home for 1 hour or so.

At first, they were very cute. However after a few wears, they stretched so much, that my foot was flopping out of them as I walked. I wouldn’t recommend.

After about 10wears the back leather stretched out to a point where I can’t wear them anymore because they fall right off

Loved these, before they broke after 2 months. For a $100 sandal, I'd expect them to last much longer than that. Never had this happen before with any decently priced leather shoe. They just don't make 'em like they used to.

Unfortunately, these shoes needed to be returned. The toe area was too narrow and the leather itself was somewhat rough to the foot. Would have been better if a better leather had been used. Thank you.

These are really, really cute shoes and I love the color! But…they were really wide on my feet and I had to return them. I was very disappointed.

I wish they had half sizes. Sure maybe the leather stretches but so uncomfortable. I'm a 6 1/2 and I just couldn't walk around with my toes smashed like tht

I usually wear u. S. 6 1/2. The European size 37 was too large; the size 36 was too small

Wayyyyy too big. Felt at least a full size larger. Will unfortunately be returning. The felt super soft and comfortable though- wish they had a smaller size!

Weird shoe fit. the heel is ok but the sole is so flat its like there is no bottom to the shoe. It has a weird nosedive towards the toe. Its larger and wider than sized and there is no arch support.

I ordered a 5, but received a size 36. The conversion is 5 1/2 in US. Don't understand why an incorrect suze was sent because Zappos clearly showed 5 on website and my order.

These STRETCH! The size 40 fit perfectly. Then I wore them for a two week trip. By the time I returned, they had stretched at least one shoe size and no longer fit.

I was so disappointed with these shoes. They seemed to be the right size, but now are so loose I cannot wear them. How can that be after just 2-3 uses? I have tried adding pads in the heels and pads underfoot. I decided today I have to give up and not try to wear them again.

I had bought a different pair of these and was very happy, so I ordered the black ones. A VERY different experience. Not only was I sent a half-size smaller than I asked for, the quality of the shoe was extremely poor. The soles in particular looked to be worn or made incorrectly - hard to say exactly. An unusual disappointment in my otherwise great relationship with Zappos.
