I was very disappointed to discover the color of the off-white shoes are not off-white but light grey. Notice the attached David Tate shoe next to the Munro. I was hoping for a good quality white sandal for summer. Munro shoes are one of my favorite brands and this is a well made pair of sandals. There probably is no problem with the other colors offered in this style. I bought a 7 1/2 N but think the 8 N would have been a better length. My Munro's go back in forth between those two sizes depending on the shoe style. For you shoppers looking for narrow shoes these always fit so well in width. Also they just arrived today and they have a small black mark on the side of one of the shoes like they were worn before. (See photo) They did not come in the Munro shoe box but just a plain brown box. Unusual for a $200. pair of shoes I would think. Debating the pros and cons right now.

The worst problem in the world is finding shoes to fit bunions! I wanted a smart-casual sandal and the style of these totally fit the bill. I bought my usual size and width (I’m still wearing regular width in everything else I own) but they were too narrow to get around my bunions. I liked them so much that I thought I’d try getting them in a wider width, but they were out of stock. I think I’m going to have to start buying wide shoes which I’m sure will present a whole range of other problems, but one still has to have shoes, doesn’t one? Back these went, but if you have more standard feet, these are lovely shoes and well made.

These shoes felt like a dream right out of the box. They fit really well and the leather that comes in contact with my foot is velvety-soft. I love the fact that they are made here in the USA, too.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Run don't walk. Don't hesitate, just buy! I could hardly wait to write my raving review! These are like wearing slippers. I put them on out of the box and wore them all day. I bought a 7 wide. They also have a fun little secret surprise on the heel strap: It's Velcro! No more outward ankle twisting to adjust a micro buckle, but the same great buckled look. Will be buying other colors. I finally have a heel I look forward to wearing rather than loathing!

Munro is my favorite shoe and fits my narrow foot perfectly, is well made and stylish.

These sandals are a winner. For those with bunions like me, this shoe protects at precisely the right spot. My narrow feet with long toes tend to slide through most open toed shoes but not these due to the overlapping supportive design. Although it has a strap complete with buckle and holes, that is purely decorative and hides velcro so it is infinitely adjustable and snug. Very comfortable, functional and stylish. This shoe felt comfortable even with my slightly high arch. I returned the shoes only because I didn’t like the off-white color. It looked light gray to me.

I have these in black, and I love them because they are ridiculously comfortable and very cute. I walk at least two miles as part of my commute, so comfort is key and with these, I can just wear them on my commute instead of having to carry them and put them on when i get to work. I was so happy to see they are also available in red, and the color is fantastic, a true red, and they really add a fun pop of color to any outfit.

It is so hard for me to find a narrow shoe where I don't slide around. These SS (AAAA) Munro Laine fit perfectly, no slippage!

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Very soft. They are a little narrow at the front of the foot but perhaps with wear they will stretch a bit. I take a medium with and purchase a narrow width. I would buy another pair if the had them in the same suede in nude/tan. Can wear with jeans or dress up.

Love these shoes! They are so comfortable, soft and well made, so I think they’re worth the price. I love the fact Munro makes small sizes in extra wide fittings. I have bunions on both feet so need a shoe with a wide toe box, but I also have narrow heels which means I often have to go for slip ons rather than dressier shoes. These fit me perfectly though. The velcro heel strap means I can adjust them to fit properly, and the stacked heel coupled with the fact these are very lightweight make them super comfortable.

I liked these shoes, but the velcro strap to hold them closed (while cleverly disguised as a buckle) revealed the velcro and did not look nice.

I really want to like this cute sandal (and I'm a long time fan of Munro shoes) but they were way too uncomfortable. The leather is stiff and the edges of the upper dig in to your skin like sandpaper. Every edge of the leather. Around the peep-toe, around the ankle strap, even around the top/arch, the edge of the upper digs in painfully. Perhaps because the leather edge is finished with a rough and sticky sealant or the leather is just too stiff. (Also the strap is only a faux buckle, it actually closes with Velcro!)

I just love this shoe! I'm usually an 8 1/2 Narrow in Munro shoes, but one post said hers ran a little short, so I ordered a 9N (mostly because the tan wasn't available in 8 1/2 N). The 9 fits perfectly! And so cute! They are a pretty tan, no pink or yellow undertones. The material is soft and seems slightly stretchy, not tight, rigid or constricting. Stylish, the heel isn't too high, and they seem very comfortable. (Still too chilly to wear them here). The "faux" buckle is attractive and functional, since it completely covers the velcro closure. Makes for a good fit around the ankle. I can easily wear them with jeans or a casual flow-y summer dress. They will likely be one of my "go-to" shoes as the weather warms.

Holy cow! I have never put a pair of shoes on that were more comfortable than being barefoot! I didn't want to take them off. I bought these for work, since they have more foot coverage, so they aren't what I would consider "high style". Considering the comfort, and the foot coverage, they do a pretty good job of being stylish enough. I would probably wear them out in certain circumstances. They seem to work with skinny jeans and regular slacks.

Very comfortable and ready to wear right from the box. I have a hammer toe and a bunion -- very hard to find shoes to accommodate. These do so extremely well. Highly recommend.

Perfect shoes! Perfect soft leather, beautiful red color, love the Velcro closure, perfect heel height! A bit narrow in the toe area, but not enough to hurt and they will probably stretch a bit after wearing. Comfortable out of the box. Can’t wait to wear the dickens out of them!

The Laine sandal fit the bill. I always must order 1/2 size larger in Munro, so in that regard they were "true to size'. I have bunions and a narrow heel, and these shoes were very comfortable and also have a block heel for that lift. I think they will be great now ( summer) but also into the fall, especially if you live in a warmer climate. Thank you Zappos for allowing me so much latitude in buying and returning. These shoes are really great.

Fit perfectly. Munro tends to run about 1/2 size small so I ordered the black and brown in a 10.5; usually wear a 10. Keeping both. The block heel is comfortable, & I usually have difficulty with heels. Height is right under 2". A casual shoe, but goes well with jeans and casual dresses, cropped pants. I believe either of these colors will be great in the fall, especially if you live in a warmer climate like I do ( GA)

I loved this shoe--ordered it in black . Unfortunately, it was too narrow and a little too short. I have ordered in in a half size larger . Munro sometimes runs about a 1/2 small. Looks great on your foot, and super comfortable. Could wear it with jeans, slacks, and casual dresses/skirts.

I love these shoes - they are super comfortable and versatile. You can wear these shoes with anything (shorts, jeans, dress). I have both the red and tan colors.

I have a high arch and square toe silhouette. I am normally a 10.5w in Munro shoes but purchased these in 11w because they are slightly tapered at the toe. I’m glad I did as it afforded me more wiggle room up front and made it easier to negotiate the Velcro strap at the heel. I love the nubuck color - was on sale - and goes with just about everything. I wore them ten hours straight as soon as they arrived and was delighted I had no discomfort or blisters. I hope Munro continues to make stylish, versatile shoes. Thanks to Zappos for such great service!

This is a beautiful shoe if you are looking for a "grey" shoe because it is not an off-white. Very disappointed because of that so this beautiful shoe is being returned.

Returning. Unfortunately, while comfortable enough, the foot bed is too narrow and the outer sides of my foot overhand oddly. Looks weird.
