With narrow, bony feet and plantar fasciitis, it is challenging to find comfortable, fashionable shoes. Vaneli is one of my go-to brands, and this style is a good one. It is a true narrow and has decent arch support. However, I bought a similar style last year (Celie) in a beautiful creamy white leather, and overall, I thought the quality and construction of that shoe was quite a bit better than this shoe. The Calyx appears to have been constructed with medium width strapping placed on/into the narrow footbed rather than scaled down to the finer proportions of a true narrow foot. The front area over the toes is a chunkier looking than the prior style, and the upper ankle strap is longer and overlaps the back ankle area quite a bit to get a secure fit. The variegated coloring is not super even throughout. However, the shoe is comfortable, neutral, and can go with many outfits. At a great sale price, I am keeping them.

I love this show but may have to return them. The strap across the front of the shoe runs right across bunions I have on the side of the joint of the foot. They are nice and snug for my narrow feet so I’m not sure if I can stretch it. Beautiful stylish summer shoe.

Love this shoe! OK this is me: comfort driven, hate heels but want to dress up, wide feet. These shoes fit the bill. Very stylish, love the metallic blend that goes with almost anything, definitely feels dressy enough and contemporary. I imagine this shoe runs narrow. The wide JUST fit me... so not a "wide" wide but good for a real dress shoe. (can't compare it to a wide in a flat, casual shoe) Very happy to have these to wear to an upcoming concert! :)

I normally take 8.5 AA, but because it wasn’t available in that size I purchased in 9.AA. Unfortunately, the larger size didn’t work and I had to return the pair I purchased from Zappos. I eventually tracked down a pair in 8.5 AA from another vendor and they were true to size/width (that’s the basis of my review). They’re very comfortable — the heel isn’t too high and the chunky heel is stable. I also liked the neutral color.

Gorgeous & comfortable shoe & fits my impossible to fit narrow foot. Metallic leather will go with everything. Block heel adds stability. Couldn't be happier.

I totally LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this shoe!! I have a narrow foot in most cases. I purchased the narrow with this Vanelli shoe and soon found out the medium was a better fit. With Most other brands I would be floating in a medium. Not sure if I am making sense, but it's nice to know a medium Vanelli shoe is perfect for me. Also, btw...love ZAPPOS!!

Love these sandals, they are low heeled but can look dressy and delicate. I've always worn a 10N in Vaneli, but these were a tad short, so I'm returning them for a half size larger

So sad I have to send these back, so narrow it hits my bone on the right side of my foot, very narrow

Love these shoes! This is my second pair. They fit my very narrow feet well and there is no rubbing anywhere. They are stylish with the t-strap and super comfortable and easy to walk in with the heel style. Perfect for dresses, pants or shorts. I liked the metallic color more than I thought I would. Goes with everything.

Fit: Perfect. (I wear a 12 Narrow. Sometimes I can get away with 11 or 11.5. Wear a lot of medium width shoes. Have average arch, used to have high arch.) Comfort: awesome. No blisters. Wore them 3 days in a row. Have desk job but up and about a lot. No foot pain at end of day. Style: classy but with modern flair on heel. Not slippery, easy on/off. They are my new favorite open toe shoes for work.

Just love these shoes. Have purchased them in navy and silver. Really comfortable and stylish.

They fit as a narrow should fit. I have difficulty with other brands of shoes.

Vaneli tends to run Medium to Narrow in width in their shoes and sandals. I normally wear a 5.5M in their sandals and it was the correct size for me. The T-strap sandal itself is attractive and very comfortable. The ankle strap is a velcro closure so expect some overhang if you have slim ankles. I'm not too crazy about the heel. It's a big chunk of light colored wood and while it provides some height and stability, I would have preferred a smaller, covered, tone-on-tone or more color coordinated heel.

The style of the shoe was attractive, but the footed was not comfortable at all with no support or padding. The block heel felt stable and the color was a more matte golden finish that was very pretty. The shoe was narrow enough and seemed to run a little long which was actually beneficial. I needed a shoe that I could wear all day and into the evening and this was not it.

Loved the style. Ordered my usual size for this brand, 7 1/2 N, but this ran really narrow. Have to return

Very stiff leather rubs against ankle bones. Puter color has golden tones. Attractive, but uncomfortable.
