First, I love this shoe. I ordered it in the magenta after buying the white-ish color first. The magenta is a blue pink, not a versatile color. Difficult to wear with other pinks but great with denim and white so far. The laser cut leather and loafer styling are interesting on a mule. I felt that the darker colors were a little clunky looking on my foot.The black is not a deep black color. This shoe is comfortable with a lot of give in the soft leather. I ordered in 38 which is a half size smaller than my usual size and the fit is perfect. When I wear these shoes, they always get noticed and complimented.

I found these at a local dept. store for $115, but cheaper on Zappos site. I love the cut-out leather upper but sole is somewhat stiff, slip off when I walk, the black is more navy-grayish but that's what I wanted. I love the style but not as comfy as I thought they would be...oh well... they are cute as heck!

These are a beautiful shoe! The fit is true to size and they're even more intricate and luxurious in person.

These are beautiful shoes. I usually wear clogs to work (I’m a hairstylist) but I wanted something different and cooler for summer. These are perfect. The leather is really soft and the soles are more comfortable and supportive than they look. Zappos suggested I get a size 40 (I’m a 9.5) but based on the other reviews I got a 39.5. I think I could have gone either way. They are a teeny bit small but the leather does seem like it will stretch out, so I think they will be perfect in a few weeks.

I agree with an earlier review, they’re gray not black. Super cute and will be perfect to wear during the hot summer weather, all the cut outs kept your feet nice and cool.

I have flat wide feet so there is about 3/4 inch of my foot that doesn't make it to the end of this shoe. Narrow feet won't have this problem. Because it's cut-out leather, will take to cobbler to stretch out the tip. Otherwise, very cute slip-on shoe. Going to return to get another color. Love shopping at Zappos!

Love this shoe, just not on me. Being on the shorter side I have a hard time with pointed toed shoes. The leather is soft and supple. Color is more of a true grey than black.

Love the pink color! The carved leather is beautiful and intricate and they look like a very expensive shoe. They are flexible to wear with lots of options. I’ve tried denim, white jeans and cut off shorts. Small nit, I can tell they aren’t tooled exactly the same, and while one has a softer more worn in look and the other looks newly tooled, it’s not probably noticeable to anyone else. An you see it in the teardrop shapes, they’re slightly different? I’m keeping them!

I got these in brown, they are super cute bit definitely size down. I wear an 8.5 and the 39 fit well. I tried a larger size first and walked right out of them. They are slightly wide.

Lots of comments on size chart, so I bought a 40 and based on chart 42. I wear a size 10 (sometimes 9.5) and the 40 fits great. Cute and I get a lot of compliments. Basically flip flops for the office.

I was looking for a closed-toe slip on with a low heel for summer. A lot of mules are designed with a higher heel or too much of a loafer look for my taste. So I tried this shoe. I purchased the 'taupe' color -- which has a warmer (a bit more amber) color than appears in the photo. The cut-work detail is beautiful -- but since the shoe is leather this may cause it to stretch a bit in the heat of summer. There is no specific enhancements for the arch -- but the sole seems comfortable. Time will tell. To check sizing, I ordered two pairs -- one the Zappos suggested size and the other a half size up. Stick with the Zappos suggestion. Overall Zappos knows its shoes and your needed fit from previous orders. I will be keeping the sandal that is the size I usually select for flats (I usually order up a half size for sneakers). This shoe could be dressed up, but, in my view, it is mainly a casual slip-on for pants or jeans.

Very unique and pretty shoe. I love that they're made in India. However, they run almost a full size larger. Longer and wider than most shoes in my size so, they make my feet look huge. I'll try again in a smaller size.

Very pretty & wish I could have kept - but the manufacturer did not have a U.S. equivalency size chart & I got the wrong size & no time to reorder.

These were not what I expected from the photos on Zappos.com. I typically wear a size 41 in this label, but this shoe was a little floppy on the sides. I felt that the more I wore them the floppier they would become. Needless to say, I had to return these.

I purchase "white" mules which actually are light beige, little darker than shown on the picture. They are comfortable enough for my wide and high arch feet. I'm returning them due to following reasons: sole is not flexible enough - little to hard for long walks; the design is somewhat "cowgirl style" - it would go better with flared end jeans - I needed mules to go with a fancy trench coat.

Very pretty shoe. Leather is buttery soft and fit true to size in my opinion. Was worried that it would be clunky but it was feminine. However, the sole was so flat and inflexible that it made me feel like I was walking in swim fins. Returned.

Cute shoes! Funky modified wingtip. The problem was the left shoe was weirdly stretched out. Kinda ruffled looking. I hate to return anything, it’s a pain, but these looked like the manufacturer has a quality control problem.

Lovely shoe visually, strangest fit this side of the planet Jupiter!
