I sent this one back. I actually like the design of the bag, but had questions about the quality of this particular bag. To start, this arrived with no dust bag. Then, the interior had a Made in China tag (the other Hammitt bags I have have an “LA Stitched Into Every Bag” tag inside), and the exterior cell phone pocket was lined in a silky fabric...my other bags have a cell pocket lined with red canvas-style fabric. I contacted customer service and was assured it’s an authentic Hammitt, but was unhappy enough with the quality to send back. I since purchased the same bag at VonMaur and the quality of that bag is consistent with my other bags.
