Was disappointed in the style. It was very old lady-ish and too small across the toe.

Unfortunately, the size stamped on the shoes does not reflect the actual size of the shoes. They were too wide and too short.

Nothing good. It is too tight. Y'all refused to take it back. Will not buy from you again. Will caution friends about buying.

At age 73, I can no longer wear heels. These shoes are comfortable and sturdy for everyday wear for at least 2 summers. They are also cute and I have gotten comments to that fact on many occasions. Thanks for making a shoe for older people that are cute, comfortable and safe to wear.

My experience with the Helena sandal has a been a nightmare. I received a pair in 7W as a birthday gift - I have worn a 7W in SAS sandals for 30 years, it should have fit fine. Instead it was way too small and narrow. I contacted SAS to find out if I had defective or mismarked sandals, and I EXPLICITLY asked if the fit and sizing had been changed. They definitely, clearly stated there was no change to the fit of the sandal and offered to exchange the sandals for another pair of 7W - when the replacement ones arrived, they were the exact same too small size as the first pair (maybe they were the first pair, just sent back again?). After a long email exchange with SAS wherein customer service insisted there was no change to the sizing, I emailed them photos of the Helena next to Huarache sandals in 7w - the Helena is the Huarache in fancier leather. The photos show the 7W Helena is about 1/2 inch shorter and narrower than the 7W Huarache. FINALLY somebody from SAS phoned me and admitted the sizing was had been changed. She said if I wore a 7W before, it would now be a 7 1/2 W. I returned the second 7W pair and they sent me a 7 1/2 W. Guess what? It still doesn't fit properly and I will never be able to wear it - meaning a very pricy birthday gift is wasted. After 30 years of wearing SAS sandals I feel I can no longer trust their products to be true to size, and as I usually buy them by mail now because there is no SAS store near me, I will have to switch brands because the way customer service handled this was simply a nightmare - from them denying the size had changed for months to receiving a 7 1/2 W THAT STILL DOESN'T FIT. SAS didn't need to screw up the sizing on this sandal, but they chose to. On how many other styles have they changed the sizing and fit so their sizes can no longer be trusted?

I ordered a "wide" fit but I had to squeeze my foot into the shoe and the feel was very uncomfortable.
