Shoe was excellent quality however was way too big for a size 12. Fist time buyer of New Balance Golf but have never had a 574 size 12 not fit. Maybe it has something to do with the materials used to manufacture this shoe. I would purchase again however found some Adidas that are working out just fine.

I was surprised how those little knobs on the bottom hold me as well as my golf spikes. Hope they don't wear out too soon!

So far so good. Most comfortable golf shoes I've owned. Easy enough to keep clean. If you've enjoyed New Balance in the past, you'll probably enjoy these.

Finally found a great leather show to walk the golf course. With a history of Bilateral hip pain, back pain, and diabetes, which cause discomfort in my legs and feet. I've tried leather golf shoes but could never walk 18 holes without my feet, legs, and hips hurting badly. Also, I walk early in the morning when the dew is still on the grass; if I don't wear leather shoes, my feet get wet after waling three holes. With the New Golf leather, 574 golf shoes walking 18 holes is a breeze. And, my feet don't get wet. Until now I couldn't understand why shoe manufactures didn't recognize older guys are walking the golf course with a myriad of physical issues.

There was a defect in the left shoe that hurt my foot as I walked. Couldn't seem to remedy the problem so I returned the shoes. Otherwise looked and felt good as all my experiences with New Balance have been.

I am a Ped Orthotist and my gold patients say this shoe is more comfortable that these several hundred dollar golf shoes.

I own at least 10 pairs of new balance 574's, all size 12. The new balance 574 golf spikes run way too large. The sneakers fit perfect, however the spikes run larger. If you are in between sizes go the half size smaller not larger.

Even thought it was a 13 EEEE, the toe box was way too tight.

It is a good looking shoe although it is a bit stiff. I was hoping they were softer than they are and I am hoping they break in well. As a golf shoe they perform well. Overall though I'd say a bit clunky. Will probably go back to foot joy after this.

The golf shoe feels more like a shoe than my normal New Balance sneaker. The leather makes it feel more rigid than my 9900 sneakers.
I need an insert because of my high arch, so I needed to order a half size larger than my normal size sneaker.
The shoe is better than other spikes less shoes I've tried.

Love the shoe and how they fit .I have extra wide feet and have always bought their sneakers. Needless to say I was excited when New Balance got into the golf shoe business. I went and got two pairs of shoe that fit me like they were my slippers. I was a happy guy. Then I started playing with them. Here's the bad...the nubs on the spikeless shoe started peeling off. I am in the process of sending the shoe back to New Balance as I write this. I don't understand WHY the sole of the shoe is made in different pieces and not one piece. From what I can see , a lot more of the separate pads on the bottoms of the shoe could also peel off when you wear them. The shoe that I am sending back is " ONLY " three ( 3 ) months old !!! I do not wear the same shoe every day. I will say that New Balance has worked with us to solve this problem .

The fit is fine they keep my feet dry. But after 180 hrs. Of wear the sole are coming unglued. They are 2yrs old but only worn to 3 3hrs a week maybe 40 weeks. Seems like a short life to me.

Fit was fine. Enjoyed wearing them. However, after 18 months, the sole and top of the shoe came apart - a total shoe failure. They were well-cared for -- most rounds in a golf cart, and I alternated them with another pair. Now let's see if NewBalance will make amends which will be in my next review or an edit of this one. I tried to post a photo showing the failure, but one cannot post photos in a review -- odd.

I ordered the 574 size 4E. This golf shoe is advertised as being built on the SL-2 LAST but do not fit nearly the same as NB's 1540 running shoes (also on the SL-2). The toe box is not nearly as rounded and the overall fit feels more narrow. I returned them and bought Footjoy's 56734 in Extra Wide which for me, is a better fit.

The shoe fit perfectly. Had great grip. However, after less than one year and approximately 30 rounds of golf, riding in carts, both soles started to come unglued. Very UNACCEPTABLE for a brand like New Balance. Warranty sucks too.

the fit was good and the width was fine. However I specifically asked for waterproof golf shoe and these are far from waterproof. worn once in early morning with condensation on grass. after 18 my socks
were very wet. the are barely water resistant and not worth purchasing unless you always play with no water on the course.
