I wanted to like these shoes but upon wearing them i knew they would have to be returned. If this shoe were made with a soft supple leather especially in the toe area it could be worn but there is no way that such a hard toe surface can be comfortable. Please think of this when designing shoes, does one have to pay hundreds of dollars for a comfortable open toe shoe?? I ask, I guess maybe so. Thank you.

One shoe feels bigger than the other.

Shoe runs small.

The front looks beautiful, does not squish my toes but the heel does not stay on my feet. It feels very wide and not supportive. I tried them on indoors and tried walking in them and the left shoe kept falling off my foot. Sizing down will not work for me. I lost my balance and rolled my ankle. Now I cant wear any heels for an upcoming wedding. The color is a rich dark navy. I'm sad because they match my gown perfectly but I can't wear them.

The heel of this shoe is super stiff and scratchy. I had to return them.

Great design - ran very small and very narrow - made in China which explains the inaccurate sizing and poor quality - no longer purchase want to purchase products made in China

I liked the look of these shoes and the heel height. I purchased them to wear for an afternoon wedding. However, I returned them because I could not keep them on my feet because of the way the sides were cut.

These are very lovely shoes, but the most uncomfortable heels I have ever had on my feet. I didn't make it 10 feet across the floor. My feet immediately slid forward so that they were scrunched against the front of the shoe, and my heel was like an inch away from the back of the shoe. So I can only assume that they were so wide that they did not hold my foot at all. I don't have narrow feet, and didn't order a narrow size - just average. But this was a total failure. Perhaps someone with a wide foot could wear them, I don't know.

I thought these shoes would work because they were wide, but they were very small. I reordered the next size up i wide, so hopefully they will work!

This shoe was pretty but it did catch me by surprise that it was sateen. MY fault completely that I overlooked that BIG detail when placing the order. Otherwise, I loved the style of the shoe but for a WIDE Width shoe... this did not fit the bill for me. I can always purchase a 10W and 9 times out of 10, they fit. Sometimes I can do a 9.5W if available, but this shoe I could've done an 11WW! Way to small & narrow. Disappointed to say the least but true to Zappos! Their return policy is easy as 1-2-3! Love this company!

Whereas the shoe is pretty, it runs very large. I am a true 9 always in every shoe. These were falling off my feet.

Too narrow a fit.

This shoe is comically big and underwhelming.

Absolutely, the biggest disappointment in a pair of shoes ever. These were unwearable. I had to change shoes between my son's wedding and reception. They were not made for human feet. I added pads, bandaids, everything. Such a huge flop. Very, very disappointed in this brand.

I ordered an 11 wide you sent an 11 regular.

Hurt my feet - all pressure seeemed to hit right where the big toe meets the peep toe. I have them to Goodwill. Unwearable.

I ordered these shoes to replace a pair I already owned. They did not fit, although I chose the exact size I had in hand. I sent them back for replacement in half size bigger. I had to pay again and was told I would be refunded for the first pair. I was not! Finally, I received a different design and decided it just wasn't worth the trouble to send another pair back and not get a refund for these either. My rating stars for style and comfort refer to the design I wanted, not the ones I ended up receiving in the end.

Not wide enough!! I'm usually a 6.5 W (maybe even a 6 if it's a tennis shoe), but this was not wide enough! It's a pretty shoes but quite restrictive...felt like cardboard.
