The shoes were really cute and unfortunately they are not wide width shoe, I don't know why they are marked as such.

This shoe is so narrow and I ordered a wide. I find this with most shoes on this web site. It's a shame. If you advertise in a wide then it should be wide. Sorry Zappos this will probably be my last order.

While this shoe was exactly the style and look that I wanted the shoe is impossible to feel secure on as the base for ones foot is so narrow you have no support. Also I ordered a wide as I have a wide foot and these do not even run an average size...the wide is narrower than some of my B width shoes. Sadly I have to return them and not have a strappy sandal for the wedding I am going to attend at the end of August. The manufacturer needs to make adjustments to their sizing for a normal persons foot.

Straps bit into my feet after walking in them for about 5 minutes.

Shoe was not wide - no wider than regular size

I ordered a wide width after reading previous reviews. Even the wide width was too narrow and the shoe seemed short. I usually have no problems wearing a size 10 B, but I had a difficult time getting my foot into the shoe. It would not be comfortable to wear for a wedding reception or for any length of time.
