Felt too narrow

Got the Team red color in 8.5m and liked color but was too short. Would have ordered up to a 9 but, shoes hurt the top of my feet with not enough room above toes and the soles were hard. Also, shoes felt rough inside toe area.

I have Nike Flex RN 6 and needed an upgrade. I was hoping these were similar, but was sadly mistaken. They look great, but feel terrible on. I ordered up from my RN 6 size since they were snug to start with, but even after ordering up I could not fit my foot easily into the shoe. Once on the toe box is very wide, but the rest of the foot feels tight. These are being returned.

I got the black/anthrocite and the color was sort of greenish. Not what I expected so I sent them back. I also did not like the style as much as my Nike free rn 2017s. I’m not a fan of the new soles.

The toe section is too flat for my feet so the shoe feels too narrow.

This shoe has been completely redesigned from the prior year's model (Nike Flex RN 2017). The 2018 shoe is significantly narrower. The 2018 has a full knit/mesh upper, which shows the outline of the outer toe. This is exacerbated by the narrowness of the shoe. The footbed has been "updated" as well, and is more built up on the outer arch of the foot. The change in the footbed forced my foot to roll inward; it was definitely noticeable and uncomfortable. Another difference, which is completely cosmetic, is the coloring of the shoe. In the prior model, the colors were applied in layers, which gave the shoe a stylish glow. The 2018 is painted like camouflage, with blotches of color randomly applied to one surface. I own four pairs of the prior model, and ordered two pairs of the 2018. I expected an update, but not a wholesale change. It's not the same shoe, at all. That said, this is a good shoe, and many people will love it. But it you own the prior version, you might be disappointed.

Returned for the Nike Free..... has more cushion with similar look and weight. Need half size up in the Free and Flex.

Listen to the reviews and order a 1/2 size up. Also in some lighting (florescent), the shoe actually looks dark greenish/gray. If the shoe had fit, this wouldn't have been a deal breaker.

Wow, these shoes run TIGHT. I do not have wide feet and these shoes almost hurt they’re so tight. The top of my foot feels like it’s in a compression sock and I ordered a half size up. They’re light and feel good in the arch but my feet feel like they’re falling asleep after just 10 minutes of having them on. Not a fan.

I bought black/grey and the color had a slight greenish tint. Had to return it. Overall it looked cheap. They did feel very comfortable though.

The arch support was too high for my feet.

THE 2017 VERSION of these rocked. The 2018 version I will be returning as not nearly as comfortable. Also they added a fat tongue which is stiff and doesn’t look nearly as nice. Nike ruined a good thing.

Bought these for my daughter for HS dance team. She always wears a 9.5 in Nike tennis shoes. They looked too small when I took them out of the box. She needed a whole size bigger. Two other dance team members had the same issue.

Two issues with these shoes: They run very small and narrow. I'm a 7-1/2 and ordered an 8 and they were still too small and very narrow. Also, the all black shoes have a green tint to them. Had to return.

Loved the style, they’re lightweight and not too bulky. However after a weeks use I can already see a hole forming where my big toe is in the fabric.

I love the style of these Nikes, but they are a little to snug. I think the run narrow also, if I were to walk in these for a period of time they would start hurting my feet. So I think it best I return them. I recall having this problem before with Nike. Hate to return them , because they are really nice sneakers.

This is a nice looking shoe but I had to return them because they were too small! I usually wear a 9 1/2 but I ordered a 10 because of reviews saying they ran small. The size 10 I ordered was still too small .
