I searched for many hours to find just the right sandals... I needed a stylish shoe with enough cushion and support to be comfortable but not dowdy. These sandals are just perfect. I love the color, the low stacked heel, the cute buckle (velcro closure) ... so cute and a great fit! They were also reasonably priced. Zappos’ quick delivery and return policy is unmatched... great customer service. This is my first pair from Sofft Brand ... I will be back for more!

Stylish, well-made. Ordered usual size, and they fit a bit big overall, but particularly long in the toe. Ordered a half size smaller and the fit is much better, and quite comfortable.

The fit was ok. I didn’t care for the Velcro.

Fit and size are great for these. Incredibly comfortable. Love the flexibility of the Velcro closing that can be adjusted by buckle that without compromising on style.

I usually wear a 7.5 but have a 7.5 in one color and 7 in another and they both fit fine! They are VERY soft which I love. I love the velcro buckles - very quick and easy to change when you want them a little looser or need them a little tighter.

My foot is slightly narrow, and I have a very narrow heel. My feet slide out if I don’t have a good heel strap holding my foot. These shoes were great as soon as I put them on. The velcro straps are wide and they are in the right places (for my foot). Easy to put on and take off. Both straps are velcro. The buckles add a nice touch. The heels are very sturdy, and the entire shoe seems well made. The arch support is moderate; I have a high arch but these shoes are sufficient for how I will wear them. I don’t think they would be the best shoe for all-day walking, but certainly good for occasional up and down and some shopping or commuting.

I like that both straps were adjustable with a nice strong velcro.

The buckles were bigger than I expected so I’m returning, but the shoe was very comfortable with small heel.

Felt true to size however seemed a little narrow. I had to return them and order a wide in the same size. I got the replacement and wore them to my daughters graduation. Definitely not a shoe I would walk around in for a long period of time. There is no cushion in the shoe and no arch support. Cute shoe though.

These shoes are very cute on, however the straps do not offer enough support when walking. My foot was slipping around in the shoe. Also the back strap is not adjustable. I ended up sending them back.

Love the look of this classy sandal, but unfortunately did not work on my feet. Runs a little large. Felt kind of loose on my foot. Tried the smaller size but the pad that is supposed to fit at the ball of the foot felt awkward on the smaller size. Would have looked so cute with slacks. Disappointed.

My foot is somewhat narrow but these shoes fit fine as far as width. Unfortunately, the ankle strap is too far back in the shoe and my heel went off the back of the shoe. I tried sizing down to see if it would push my foot forward but that did not work. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and I believe the 8 fit fine everywhere except for the heel issue. The shoe is comfortable although I could feel some of the stitching in the straps rubbing my foot.

Super cute shoes BUT extremely narrow. I don't have narrow feet yet the width of my feet were hanging over the sides. Strange fit altogether.. had to ship the back.

First, the good stuff - the shoe style is really cute, and the colors are great; I ordered the Stone and the Chambray. The foot bed is comfortable and the leather is soft. I wear anywhere from a 9 to a 10 depending on the shoe, and in this one I went down to a 9. Now for the negative - this shoe has Velcro closures for both the toe and heel straps. If the strap has to be adjusted from the factory setting, so to speak, then be prepared to see AND feel Velcro. The velcrobis visible because there isn't enough leather strap to iverlap/cover any changes to the original position of the velcro. On the inside, you can feel the velcro for the same reason. I expect more from Söfft as a company, and for the price. Very disappointed.

As mentioned in other reviews, the actual closure is velcro. The buckles are decorative, not functional. The velcro allows very little adjustment. The placement of the toe buckle is very odd. It ends up on top of the foot, not at all tp the side.
