Cute but I need more support

The top covering mesh was loose looking and didn't hug the foot like we thought it should. Sorry it is going back because it is otherwise comfy and pretty.

These are extremely cute shoes however they are very very wide. I would have walked right out of them. Totally bummed.

Wasn't sure about the styling, but something intrigued me about this shoe so I placed my order. I normally wear a 9.5. That is what I ordered and mine fit fine. I agree with everyone else about the Anthracite color being more metallic than is reflected in the online pic. The shoe is incredibly comfortable and stylish. Its a keeper for me!

I ordered both the caramel and the black. The caramel is a bit more soft and feels a bit more comfortable when walking. The black feels like it rubs a bit in places. Both pairs were cute. Even though the heel is low, it does throw my gait off a bit. Not a perfect fit, so I sent both pairs back.

These are very stylish! I have narrow ankles, so there is a gap in that area. Personally I would prefer more arch support. They're comfortable for light amounts of walking.

These were way too wide for me all over. I also didn't love the shine to the leather-looked a little cheesy.

Would have been a nice semi dressy sandal, but ran way smaller than size and narrower as well! Color was very appealing, not overly metallic,Tasteful.

Comfortable, stylish shoe that fits as expected. I have wide, arthritic feet and these are comfortable for me so I am loving this new shoe/sandal option.

I have a bit wider foot than average, but this shoe runs long and a little narrow. I purchased a 6.5 and will keep despite being a little long because I think the 6 will be way too tight. I like the style and they feel otherwise comfortable.

I got these in the tan color a year ago and loved them. So I bought the black ones. The problem with the black is there is a strange "sheen" to them that I hope will fade with time. The tan ones didn't have the sheen. Also, they don't seem to fit quite as well as the tan ones (again, hoping they will wear in). Not sure if something changed from 2018 to 2019, but I hope they go back to the 2018 style!!

I got the metallic neutral-- so great to have a little extra on something simple. I love the look of this shoe and they are comfortable, except they are not quite tight enough on my slender foot. The shoe moves a lot when I walk and I really need something that stays right on my feet and doesn't flop around. Going down a size would not help because the length is perfect. Very disappointing because the shoe is super stylish and it is so nice to have a cute flatter sandal that covers up that awkward long, flat, foot look you can get with these tiny heels. Or is that just me?

Great neutral shoe. Sadly, I'm returning them because they are too big around my ankles.

I have a high arch. The top of the shoe hit too high on my foot making it uncomfortable to walk without it rubbing. Ran large. Otherwise, I love the brand and have several styles of their shoes.

Loved these, but sadly, the leather around the ankle was too wide :(.

I think this is a super cute shoe. I got my regular size 10 but returned it due to being too big. Second go around was the 9.5 and after wearing it in the house for a few minutes was swimming in them. Returned. I have a narrow foot so not the best fit for me. Although the width in the toe box area was wide enough good for my bunions, the rest felt loose. No way to make them fit more snug.

Stylish and good quality leather. Unfortunately, returning as it is too wide for my medium width foot. Thank you Zappos for great service.

Shoes are very comfortable. Looking forward to warmer weather to wear them

I really love the look of these shoes. They make my leg look attractive and the heel is just the right height so not to look frumpy. I like the gold color. They are roomy enough to not push against my bit of a bunion and the footbed is very comfortable. However the bottom of the back strap hit right across the top of my ankle. I knew if I wore them for any length of time it would cause a blister. Sadly they will go back.

I love wearing boots, so these are a perfect summer alternative for me! Typically, I'm a size 7. I ordered both the Anthracite Foil (size 7) and New Caramel (size 6.5) to see what color and size I liked: Caramel had a softer leather and fit well around my ankle, but it was too tight on my foot and toes (though it probably would have been fine after breaking it in with a few wears). The Anthracite was a roomy, comfy fit in the foot, but a little loose in the ankle area. If there was a 6.5 wide available, it might have been a perfect fit! Oh well. Still keeping the Anthracite because I love the color! As others have mentioned, the ankle strap does not adjust and also can rub on your ankle/heel a bit if you walk a lot, as it doesn't seem to move with the rest of the shoe. Hoping that the strap will break in a bit but otherwise, these are fantastic - would be perfect if they had a buckle strap! Also would love a black leather version, rather than the black distressed suede.

Really cute shoe but the ankle strap its a bit rigid and rubs against my ankle bone, so I had to send them back.

So far very comfortable! Walked quite a bit in them on first wear and no issues. I did find them to be a half size too big. I ordered my normal size 7 and had to return because they were floppy on my feet. Got a 6.5 and the fit is much better! I ordered the caramel color and really like it. Looks great with jeans, shorts and skirts I got several compliments on them too.

I have 2 pair of this shoe in the New Caramel. I ordered this color and the black and sent both back because of the different material (foil look) they did not look like the new caramel. Too shiny. Please make this shoe in the same material as the New Caramel in black,taupe and other normal colors. I would buy all of them...This is a fantastic looking, comfortable shoe, but the foil look does not work.

These are very comfortable for walking. They have good arch support. The best part is that they are also attractive on!
